I really like this guy. His voice is really easy to listen to. Also this CC is great, in high school we don't learn much about the pre-constitutional arguments and debates.
Yes, it's especially good when your hs Gov't teacher was really easily distracted to the point where the Constitution & all of its amendments were not discussed until the day before the final...in a take-home study guide packet. Before that day we had only discussed the Article of Confederation, the Preamble, propaganda, and current events. I'm bitter about this.
+Deanna Kenner Because John green didn't do all these wierd voices that make stuff that is already pretty abstract even harder to follow. That said craig seems to be doing it less than in earlier episodes so maybee he realsied it too.
What people miss is that counting slaves at all was a bad thing for the actual slaves. Keeping the South more heavily represented early in the process allowed the South to maintain significant power early on (contributing to the perpetuation of slavery).
+Jacob Sala Thanks. It's heartening to read through the comments and see that many people have made the same point. I'm a history teacher and have seen many textbooks that completely distort the context of the compromise. Getting the South to agree to the end of the slave trade was a huge humanitarian win for the anti-slavery faction. Obviously slavery itself was evil and brutal, but the horrors of the Middle Passage was on a whole other level. To limit Southern influence in Congress AND end the most brutal aspect of slavery, while only conceding a fugitive slave provision that would prove to be difficult to enforce was clearly a net win for the North. Of course, unforeseen factors like the cotton gin prolonged the institution, but the importation did end on schedule in 1809. Had the Northern states taken an absolutist stance in 1787 there would have been far more suffering. Hell, had Lincoln taken a hardline abolition stance in 1860 who knows how long slavery might have persisted.
right. its easy for us to sit here and say what we would of done. as far as i can see we did alright. we wouldn't have the constitution if the founders didn't compromise with the south on slavery
The slaves didn't say they wanted to be counted, the white people in large states said the slaves could be counted so they could increase their population count, and thus their representation in Congress. Their intention was never to count the slaves so the slaves could benefit, it was only a means of boosting their population to further their interests and make sure their state is better represented in Congress.
Exactly. If they weren't treated like human beings, then why should the south get more representation for them and want to count them as people if they don't even treat them as people.
crash course has always helped me with my classes and john green can't cover every topic! Craig, you do a really great job carrying out the crash course humor and keeping it informative. Thank you for being awesome and helping me pass my classes!! #crashcourseforlife
I think it'd be really interesting for CrashCourse to cover a more introductory level to political science as a whole, in addition to simply learning about American Politics. There's a lot to be learned about the history of modern day political science. Starting from the formation of each major political ideology in the relevant historical context would be worthwhile and very interesting. Especially when exploring the mindset of each philosopher, and what validated their views to their following. And furthermore how each conflicted with one another, and changed as a result over time. I really like learning about politics in this scope, and was hoping that they'd cover some of this content in this series.
Thanks for listening and taking out the voices every time he reads. Craig's a funny guy, but more than that he's a great educator. His explanations are brief but coherent. I enjoy these videos for the simplicity of explanation and light hearted atmosphere.
'I can barely get Stan to agree on anything, right Stan?' It was right then that the video shut off for a loading error. Apparently, Stan can't even agree whether this episode should run.
Thank you so much for having subtitles on all of the Crash Course videos! It makes taking notes so much easier and I can actually spell things correctly this way!
AAAAAH! This Clone Zone thing is amazing! I can't stop smiling! This is my first episode of CC Government, but in general one of the things I most value in this channel is the fairness you guys show between different sides. You give us the facts but don't tell us what to think, which is refreshing. Can't wait to see the Clone Zone in future episodes. ^_^
Did anyone else laugh when they saw Skrillex at 0:51. Keep up the good work Craig, you may not be John Green, but you are still really good at presenting this information!
I wanted to play a video game, but my brothers wanted to watch me. so i loaded up basically an app on steam and started playing. but i dont want to waste my life so i pulled up crash course. I let my little dude decide what they wanted to watch. E said Politics. I was very surprised. What little kid likes politics? but nevertheless i clicked and started watching along. We went through the playlist to about here. Thanks Craig. You made me and my little brothers that much smarter.
Ah, yes. 3/5th Compromise is largely misunderstood. Remember this is not about how human slaves are, it's more about political representation and balance between North and South!
The Three-Fifths Compromise DOESN'T mean blacks were less represented than whites in Congress - blacks weren't represented AT ALL. The 3/5 Comp meant that (mainly rich) slaveholders essentially got more representation in government than (mostly poor) non-slaveholders. It's kinda like saying that a person's cellphone gives them an extra vote in an election - it favors people wealthy enough to own them. It's not so much of a racism thing as it is a class-ism thing (although it was QUITE racist).
It wasnt about how much of a person the founders considered slaves to be, you moron. Slaveholders WANTED slaves to be counted as whole people so their states would have more representation. the 3/5 compromise was proposed by non slaveholders.
Nope. slaveholders wanted slaves to count as whole persons so their states would have more representation. The non racist non slaveholders are the ones who proposed they be counted as 3/5. And it has nothing to do with how much of a person they considered black people to be
No, it's part of the specification. I chose government and politics in general to study at A-Level (which is two years post-high school - we finish high school when 16 in the UK). The second year, we learn about US Government and Politics whereas the first, we learn about UK. This usually varies upon the school you go to as there are a range of options. I hope I answered your question! :)
I didn't know people were giving you guff, but I suppose it IS the internet. I just want to say I really enjoy your show and you as a host. Please continue :)
Craig, don't be too concerned about John Green. I rrally like John and his Crash Course programs but I also enjoy your program very much. Each program is going to be different and have a different appeal. Keep up the excellent work.
i dont, since he seems to argue one side of it regardless of how many arguments. he obviously makes the anti-federalists seem stupid, portraying them as children or spoiled brats with that voice and attitude. i also dont like craig
neverknows best I think your opinion on the arguments he sets up is heavily influenced by your dislike for him. He made both sides seems stupid, which was kind of the point. I tended to lean towards what the anti-federalist was saying, which I actually think was the goal of the argument, because immediately afterward, Craig says the federalist government went through, but that maybe that wasn't a great thing.
I agree, The explanation does not require silly voices, it is more distracting than helpful even if it is to emphasise the difference between sides. The rest is all well done and well produced. Glad to see that I am not the only one with this opinion
0:28 Self-promotion of other series on the channel. (ding) Description contains spelling errors. (ding) Craig attempts to kill a statue of a bird every single episode. (ding) This comment is a reference to CinemaSins. (ding)
I think the three fifths compromise wasn't as bad as people say because It took away power from southern states and made it possible to work towards freeing slaves later on and allowed abolitionist movements before the civil war to gain house seats and ultimately winning victory the first abolitionist president Abraham Lincoln
I would LOVE to use these videos in my class. However, because you talk SO QUICKLY, I don't think my students could keep up. There's so much valuable information in these videos, I wouldn't want them to miss anything. I'm afraid that I'd have to replay each video at least 3 times! (Or, I'd have to transcribe each video to create fill-in-the-blank notes.)
I keep enjoying this series. Thank you for producing it with so much care! But I keep having problems understanding the host. Especially, when he does the voices. Humor is down to taste. But clearly understanding the host is not so much. I am not a native English speaker and probably not your target audience. I deeply enjoy crash course and can understand all the other hosts very well. Also - you have subtitles, to that helps. Still, it would be nice, if the host speaks clearly - doing voices or not. Sorry, if this sounds harsh. As I said - the humor is a question of taste and even though I do not find most of the jokes funny, I still like the host and the information very useful. Thank you!
It might be that humor is roughly translated when spoken in a language that is not your first. Or, it could be because Craig isn't all that funny in this series- which is my opinion lol.
It actually makes sense that people criticize Stan simply for not being John Green, when you consider that these videos are teaching politics. We don't want to just tell you about the kind of stupidity you encounter in politics, we want you to experience it firsthand.
The voices are great. I will admit at the beginning they were a little silly. But I have come to appreciate the perspective it gives when contrasting many debates etc.. Keep the voices Craig.
+Hope Starr The ten-dollar founding father without a father, got a lot farther by working a lot harder, by being a lot smarter, by being a self-starter, by fourteen, they placed him in charge of a trading charter
+Brian “Tempy” Seguel and everyday while slaves were being slaughtered and carted away across the waves he struggled and kept his guard up. Inside he was longing for something to be a part of, the brother was ready to beg, steal, borrow, or barter.
+Hope Starr Then a hurricane came, and devastation reigned, our man saw his future drip, dripping down the drain, put a pencil to his temple, connected it to his brain, and he wrote his first refrain, a testament to his pain
+Brian “Tempy” Seguel word got around they said, "This kid is insane, man!" Took up a collection just to send him to the main land, get hour education, don't forget from whence you came, and the world's gonna know your name. What's your name man?
+Hope Starr (Yay, best part! xD) Alexander Hamilton... My name is Alexander Hamilton. And there’s a million things I haven’t done, but just you wait, just you wait...
5:54 It was not so "evenly" divided because some states were only 10% in favor and 90% percent not in favor while some others were even. This was because the people didn't want this new document to make us too much like Britain
gotta love that crash courses keep adding material and new professors :) hopefully junior high and elementary professors can discover them and play them in their classrooms.
There's crash course kids which is aimed towards younger audiences. Most elementary school teachers wouldn't find these useful, and middle school teachers could only use them occasionally (the history/gov ones are a lot more accessible to younger audiences though). I'm a high school junior and sometimes the science videos get way more in depth than my schoolwork does, which makes them kind of useless for studying most of the time.
I was so psyched when this show started but as a european I am so bummed that it is centered in America. Hope the later episodes will get to global politics, too.
People's religion, lack there of, or where ever they receive moral guidance from will always play a role in politics just like it does in every aspect of ones life. I think your grievance comes from when someone in politics has a different moral guidance than you. We should not strive for a government that limits it's offices to those who believe in a mandatory theological mandate. Whether it be secular humanism, protestant Christianity, or flying pasta deities. ( GO TEA PARTY ) Had to throw that in at the end to mess everything up. Have a great day.
Casey C I think that's why they set up the wall between church and state- in order to keep the state out of the churches rather then dominate them as the European leaders did their state churches- which is what killed the European churches who lost credibility along with their government masters...also, and I think this was the big reason, since the founders were of many denominations none of them liked the idea of getting made to conform to the erroneous doctrines of the other founders.... I understand the reasons for keeping Church and state separate but I am puzzeled as to why so many people now days think that the founders really thought religion had no place in politics or society- they were mostly religious and I doubt very much any of them would have welcomed large non-Christian religious or atheistic populations as we do nowdays.
The Clone Zone really helps. It makes me see different view points and helps me see that youtube has cool stuff you can do. Also made me realize who my favorite guy in crash course is now :D
It's kinda sad it's called "Government and Politics" when it doesn't talk about government and politics outside the US, there are a lot of examples of better executed governments than the american one; I hope he gets around to those in the future, otherwise it's false advertising
Actually American gov't used to be the best, and to an extent still is depending who you ask. Also this channel is made primarily for American ap students who make up the majority of this channels viewers. But i do hope they make a second season for other gov't.
phoenixkhost Well the US is actually the 4th largest country in the world in terms of land mass (behind China, Canada and Russia) so definitely not on that metric But those aren't really the only metrics to measure success. life expectancy, education, average wage, child mortality, violent crime - all areas where the USA is out performed internationally, often on several if not all of those statistics. There's a lot more to being a successful state than being big, rich and armed to the teeth.
"It's kinda sad it's called Government and Politics when it doesn't talk about government and politics outside the US" People are going to complain about this literally every week aren't they?
Local focus hocus pocus (RBF) I find it somewhat telling that so many hero stories, wherein the lone wanderer who drifts into town or the plucky band of neighbors who've finally had enough rise up to defeat the local kingpin or boss who has been riding roughshod over people's liberties and economic opportunities, all occur in the south (or most of those stories do) or in other rural areas - the vary areas that favor local control of government.
The 3/5ths compromise sounds like a bad thing when considered alone, but when you add in the fact that slaves were unable to vote, it makes a bad situation not look as bad. It essentially took some power away from slave owners. If each slave counted as 1 person, then the owners would that have much more voting power behind them compared to non-slave owners.
+KrunchyGoodness The South wanted them counted as whole person's so they could keep their numbers in the House of Representatives eternally higher than the North's. By having this lock on the House the South could keep their slavery. The North saw it as "you think their property so why count them as people?" The North wanted to not to count slaves as people so it would be easier for an amendment to pass outlawing slavery.
+Pippa Peep (Pippy) Stan is the guy that they always yell at for everything and with John Green they used to trade insults etc. he is also the producer for crash course. :)
It has been said a few times below, but it's worth reiteration... Though many have purported the 3/5th Compromise as a "terrible policy", only counting a non-white (slave) as 3/5ths of a person limited the influence of states which slavery was legal and carried a significant portion of their population via slaves. It allowed those states who were NOT in support of slavery a substantial representational advantage as population grew. Additionally, the 3/5ths compromise was a way to get the "slave states" to agree to the Constitution. With that agreement, there would be a pathway forward to abolish slavery completely. Without this compromise, there was a risk of a complete inability to abolish slavery (eventually) because there would be no Federal legislative power (ie. Congress). Looking back, we can clearly see the issues related to something like the 3/5ths compromise, but at the time there was little hope of ANY progress in freeing those in slavery. An all or nothing approach was seen as a path that would have led to greater human oppression for a longer period of time. While imperfect, those who disagreed with slavery saw this is as the best pathway to future change... and for that I think we should be thankful that there were some people (no matter how small that population) who were pushing back against slavery even in such a time when that position was INCREDIBLY unpopular.
Doesn't it kind of make Congress look like a bunch of chickenshits, though? You'd seriously think these morons could've put aside politics for two seconds and taken the kind of stand that wouldn't make your spine squirm? The lack of emotion involved in counting someone as 3/5th's of a person even on the surface is mind blowingly insulting and doesn't make them look exactly like humanitarians even if there were some half baked logic behind it at the time.
I grew up being taught the self-flagellating concept that the 3/5ths compromises was built upon the premise that the value of a slave's life was less, but reconsidering it, it seems almost exclusively that it was a way to make sure slave owners weren't over represented. That being said, the less a slave was counted, the less the segments of society that were pro slavery counted. In that light, I wish it would have been the "2/5" or "1/5" compromise instead.
This series has been very helpful for me... even though i am indian... a huge chunk of our constitution was outsourced from the american constitution... helps me see things in a different perspective... if possible please do a video on executive action & state goverments... thank you craig... thank you crash course...
IT'S NOT ENGLAND! IT'S, no, wait, I'm not getting into this again! stop trying to bait me Craig! that caused a massive argument on the last video! I'm not doing it again!
When will the British accept that American's don't care what the British think? We won the war, and with it, the right to call you whatever we want cuz we play by elementary playground bully rules.
It was England when the colonies were founded. I live in New England. In and around New England, everything is England-y. The states of New York, New Jersey, and New Hampshire. The cities of New York, New London. Also just towns, Barrington, Swansea, Bristol, Somerset, Lincoln, Warwick, Kingston, Cranston, Bristol. Everything is named after places in England.
William Stockhecker Yes, it was England when the colonies were founded. However, when the United States was founded, it was the United Kingdom of Great Britain ("and Ireland" would be added to the name in 1801). Still, England was the dominant partner in the Union, especially so after the 1745-6 Jacobite Rebellion, and as such it's not uncommon to see it simply referred to as England throughout US history.
Y'all need to chill about John Green... this guy is great! LIKE IF YOU LOVE CRAIG!
I really like this guy. His voice is really easy to listen to. Also this CC is great, in high school we don't learn much about the pre-constitutional arguments and debates.
He has a lisp. Also, Charlie eats cat food and huffs glue so he can sleep, so carry on telling us why he's great.
Yep, the Continental Congress is generally skipped as the failed beta version of America 1.0, and it's unfortunate, since it's an educational failure.
Yes, it's especially good when your hs Gov't teacher was really easily distracted to the point where the Constitution & all of its amendments were not discussed until the day before the final...in a take-home study guide packet. CrashCourse covers many things from college classes. You can figure that out from CrashCourse psychology.
"I was chosen for the Constitutional Convention!" - A. Ham
He just had to go and propose a whole new government!
_what?_
I despise Hamilton, New York has no identity other than “american” because he had to sway the vote
MR vice president, I am not the reason no one trusts u!
Bright young man...
Yo, who the f is this!?
I don't why people are complaining about the absence of Green. I'm quite fond of this Craig guy:)

You've been watching Crash Course Government and Politics your whole life?

that's funny.
Love this! So happy CC is helping explain these topics since schools usually just gloss over it.
I'm so glad y'all made this series, I'm using it to help me study for my AP US Gov test in a couple weeks
the fact that there's people crying about him punching a toy eagle is so ridiculous
John Green for president..Craig Benzine for vice President. Hank for Secretary of Awesomeness....we need to make this happen!!!

It might be that humor is roughly translated when spoken in a language that is not your first. Or, it could be because Craig isn't all that funny in this series- which is my opinion lol.
CRRRAAAAAIG BUDDY WHAT ARE YA DOING HERE?? I JUST FINISHED WATCHING YOU ON MENTAL FLOSS AND NOW YOURE HERE WHAT A PLEASANT SURPRISE!!
I like you and accept you for who you are!! Thank you for making these videos!! :)
Craig is a better political speaker than any of the Green brothers. There better at things like History and Science. GO CRAIG!
Everybody gives Stan so much crap XD
Poor guy doesn't even get mentioned in the credits
Yeah, he does.
He's indicated as the producer.
I agree. It's probably not completely true, but I feel bad for him.
I hope that from now on, each time they mention "Alexander Hamilton" they do it singing the notes of the homonym musical
+Hope Starr
The ten-dollar founding father without a father, got a lot farther by working a lot harder, by being a lot smarter, by being a self-starter, by fourteen, they placed him in charge of a trading charter
+Brian “Tempy” Seguel and everyday while slaves were being slaughtered and carted away across the waves he struggled and kept his guard up. Inside he was longing for something to be a part of, the brother was ready to beg, steal, borrow, or barter.
+Hope Starr
Then a hurricane came, and devastation reigned, our man saw his future drip, dripping down the drain, put a pencil to his temple, connected it to his brain, and he wrote his first refrain, a testament to his pain
+Brian “Tempy” Seguel word got around they said, "This kid is insane, man!" Took up a collection just to send him to the main land, get hour education, don't forget from whence you came, and the world's gonna know your name. What's your name man?
+Hope Starr (Yay, best part! xD)
Alexander Hamilton...
Its ok Mr. NotJohnGreen your pretty cool anyways but I miss you John Green!!!! I guess its cool to have a change of scene once in a while.
Craig does these too? SWEEEEET! I'm going to have to watch more of them!
Could you, guys, do a video on secularism? Thanks so much!
***** Lol, bullshit.
***** Welcome to northern Europe where no one gives a fuck about religion and it has no place in politics and legislation.
I think this was one of your best videos. You seemed a lot more comfortable. Great work!
Last episode I said you where too silly, but this episode you fixed it. Perfect amount of humor. 10/10 :)
I would love to see you guys do a series on finance. It feels like that is the biggest hole in the American education system.
Is it just my imagination, or has John Green seemed sort of wheezy since he started doing this Government series?
The Clone Zone really helps. It makes me see different view points and helps me see that youtube has cool stuff you can do.
Also made me realize who my favorite guy in crash course is now :D
I actually like the voices...
U ARE THE BEST EVER I ONLY STARTED THIS BECAUSE YOU WERE IN IT FROM FILM HISTORY, Also i likie politics
Dylan, hello distant relative! I wish Craig would stop punching the eagle. #savetheeagle
wheezy waiter was the first youtuber i ever got into and remains to be my favorite. love ya craig
It's kinda sad it's called "Government and Politics" when it doesn't talk about government and politics outside the US, there are a lot of examples of better executed governments than the american one; I hope he gets around to those in the future, otherwise it's false advertising
Under the 'playlists' section it's labeled as 'U.S. Government and Politics.' I hope they do a second season of global governments governments!
Actually American gov't used to be the best, and to an extent still is depending who you ask. Also this channel is made primarily for American ap students who make up the majority of this channels viewers. But i do hope they make a second season for other gov't.
phoenixkhost Well the US is actually the 4th largest country in the world in terms of land mass (behind China, Canada and Russia) so definitely not on that metric
But those aren't really the only metrics to measure success. life expectancy, education, average wage, child mortality, violent crime - all areas where the USA is out performed internationally, often on several if not all of those statistics.
There's a lot more to being a successful state than being big, rich and armed to the teeth.
Its only the 5th episode. You might be expecting too much too soon. I think he will touch on other governments and politics eventually.
"It's kinda sad it's called Government and Politics when it doesn't talk about government and politics outside the US"
People are going to complain about this literally every week aren't they?
Best learning series for u.s. government by far.
You don't have to do the voices in the clone zone
Considering it's Wheezy Waiter, he actually does.
He doesn't have to, but I think he should.
or ever
***** Why not?
boilpoil because its kinda dorky
2:00 Thumbs up if you're on that college grind ;) Oh, and 5:44 You're welcome
+Lildrummerboy714
Thank you! I'd have missed that otherwise!
+Nicholas Summate I got you ;)
this guy is pretty nice, I don't see the problem here
I like Craig he's funny. The voices are entertaining.
1:40 made me laugh audibly, and I normally dislike the jokes
Craig makes learning so fun
I really like this dude..
Local focus hocus pocus (RBF)
I find it somewhat telling that so many hero stories, wherein the lone wanderer who drifts into town or the plucky band of neighbors who've finally had enough rise up to defeat the local kingpin or boss who has been riding roughshod over people's liberties and economic opportunities, all occur in the south (or most of those stories do) or in other rural areas - the vary areas that favor local control of government.
I love Craig. He is an awesome addition to crashcourse
"Give it a break, it's never done this before." lol
At first i was weary of this host, but he's growing on me :D keep up the good work!
Who is Stan?
+Pippa Peep (Pippy) Stan is the guy that they always yell at for everything and with John Green they used to trade insults etc. he is also the producer for crash course. :)
+Abigail Amador Oh.
Child Stan
Longer episodes please, this is some important shit... Oh ya your not John
i enjoy watching this guy
I grew up being taught the self-flagellating concept that the 3/5ths compromises was built upon the premise that the value of a slave's life was less, but reconsidering it, it seems almost exclusively that it was a way to make sure slave owners weren't over represented. That being said, the less a slave was counted, the less the segments of society that were pro slavery counted. In that light, I wish it would have been the "2/5" or "1/5" compromise instead.
Exactly! These guys need to actually read a history book before making a video.
Love this segment. HATE the voices. Please stop that, the different clothing is more than enough to know that they are different clones.
this guys pretty funny
This series has been very helpful for me... even though i am indian... a huge chunk of our constitution was outsourced from the american constitution... helps me see things in a different perspective... if possible please do a video on executive action & state goverments... thank you craig... thank you crash course...
The Constitution desperately needs to be rewritten just like Thomas Jefferson advised should be done every generation.
Thomas Jefferson was wrong on this.
You can revise the constitution...it just takes a lot of effort, which means you're just lazy, and are looking for an easier, softer way.
If i were a non-English speaker trying to learn English, and I watched this guy talk.. I would just give up
the senate kills me. how is it fair that mississippi has an equal say in anything to new york
Ummmmm, that's why we have two houses... Lol.
+kefkapalazzo1 Thats why the government wasn't allowed to be so big.
Repeal the 17th amendment
Thanks so much! My teachers lecture was too confusing for me but this is perfect! Wish me luck on my test tomorrow
So what you`re telling me is that our Congress today became what we didn't want in our first constitution? lol
You can thank FDR for that; Cooperative Federalism
Thank you Mr.Veray I might actually pass my college classes thxs to you
IT'S NOT ENGLAND! IT'S, no, wait, I'm not getting into this again! stop trying to bait me Craig! that caused a massive argument on the last video! I'm not doing it again!
Ur sooo dum those ilands over by france r all called england dummy
When will the British accept that American's don't care what the British think? We won the war, and with it, the right to call you whatever we want cuz we play by elementary playground bully rules.
It was England when the colonies were founded. I live in New England. In and around New England, everything is England-y. The states of New York, New Jersey, and New Hampshire. The cities of New York, New London. Also just towns, Barrington, Swansea, Bristol, Somerset, Lincoln, Warwick, Kingston, Cranston, Bristol. Everything is named after places in England.
William Stockhecker
Yes, it was England when the colonies were founded. However, when the United States was founded, it was the United Kingdom of Great Britain ("and Ireland" would be added to the name in 1801). Still, England was the dominant partner in the Union, especially so after the 1745-6 Jacobite Rebellion, and as such it's not uncommon to see it simply referred to as England throughout US history.
no one cares lol
Wow I never understood the 3/5 worth before now. Thank you man!
He should stop using different voices in "The Clone Zone." They're too hard to understand.
These are so helpful, especially living in the UK - useful revision videos for my A Level in May!
