You are welcome my friend! Thank you very much for your visit. I'm glad you enjoyed it. This display of figures is something traditional in Spain during Christmas, it is called Belén. Happy new year!!
What a beautiful tour of Murcia at Christmas. I have not visited there. I am not sure if I passed through there on the train while traveling along the coast from south to north of Spain. I really enjoyed this. Thank you and have a wonderful day.
I'm glad you liked Murcia and enjoyed the tour of the city. I hope that even if you didn't get to visit the city you enjoyed your stay in Spain. Thank you very much for your visit and welcome to my channel! Have a wonderful day too!
Thank you for sharing so many wonderful videos with me this year, my friend! I look forward to your continued patronage next year. Have a happy new year!
I'm glad you liked it. Thank you very much for your visit and your kind comment. I also hope that this year is wonderful for you. Happy new year my friend!
Grazie mille per la tua visita. Sono felice che ti sia piaciuto il tour. Sono rimasto anche un po' deluso quando ho visto che la facciata della cattedrale era coperta. Buon Natale!!
Hola, and good to see you back. Feliz navidad, prospero ano y felicidad. 🎄🧑🎄 At the end of the video, I think I heard the Jose Feliciano song, which is one of my favorites. 😀 Wow, what a great video to watch on a Christmas Eve. Great atmosphere and so lively! Love to see so many people out enjoying the Christmas season. I noticed everybody wearing their winter jackets. Quite a change from the hot summer. Beautiful walk along the river, and the big 'walk-thru' Christmas tree was great. The Christmas decor throughout the town was nice, and the big tree at 10:41 was great too. At 12:00, that seems like a Christmas market that they put up just for the season? It's huge! I know they love their 'Christmas Markets' in Germany, but is that true for Spain too, and maybe all of Europe? We have a Christmas Market in Boston in the Seaport district (but they won't call it a 'Christmas' market), but I haven't been down there yet. Anyway, the atmosphere was really enjoyable. At 20:20, the church is beautiful. And at 20:45 we get to walk thru the big crown! Those decorations must be great at night too. I loved the carousel (or merry-go-round) with Santa and the reindeer! That area was really fun. The Teatro Romea, beautiful! That building was just amazing. A Christmas concert there would be perfecto! 😆 At 28:22, I'm not sure what that place is, but it looks very popular! The Real Casino, wow, that looks great from the outside. I would love to go inside and win some money. 😆 At 30:28, wow, what a spectacular cathedral. What would a town in Spain be without a spectacular cathedral? It was great timing with the church bells ringing just as you entered the square. It was as if they were announcing your arrival - ladies and gentlemen, now arriving, Walking Spain. Ding, dong, ding, dong ... 😄 At 34:00, I first thought that the old, red building might be the ayuntamiento, but it was the Episcopal Palace. What a great display in there. I have never seen a Nativity display that big and detailed before. Fantastic. Very enjoyable video and perfect for the Christmas season. Feliz Navidad. Hope you have a happy Christmas day.
Hola! Thank you very much for your wait! I hope you also enjoyed Christmas Eve and have a happy holiday. I am very glad that you enjoyed this Christmas tour. As you say, atmosphere was very lively that day and I could already feel the Christmas spirit. I would have also liked to film a tour at night with the Christmas decorations on but unfortunately Gopro has very poor image quality at night and I was worried that the tour would not turn out as I would like, even so on my next tour I have dared to film Alicante Christmas lights at night (I hope the result is good 🤞) I really like listening to Christmas carols and music in the streets at this time but to be honest with you, while I was filming the tour my concern was that UA-cam would give me some kind of problem with copyright when editing 😅 Although in the end that was not the case. That day weather was pleasant, it was not cold. I think I've already told you this before so maybe it's a bit repetitive for you 😄 but I have the impression that people who live on the Mediterranean coast tend to dress too warmly on these dates even if the weather is warm (although it's true , which as soon as the sun sets the temperatures drop considerably) This is sometimes funny because many foreigners from northern Europe and Russia also live in this region who usually always wear t-shirts and shorts, so when I walk I can observe people wearing big coats next to others in t-shirts 😂 Germany's Christmas markets are truly spectacular. I have been lucky enough to visit that country during Christmas and I have visited their markets, I think they play in a league of their own 😄 Although I think it is a tradition that has spread to other countries such as Spain, because many markets like those have emerged here in recent years. I was also impressed by the size of this Christmas market since that Paseo is quite long. I agree with you, Murcia cathedral is spectacular. Its tower is the second tallest in Spain (the tallest is that of the Seville Cathedral). You're right, those chimes were really timely, it seems as if I had rehearsed it before filming 😄 Although it is a shame that its main façade was covered, it was a little frustrating when I looked at it since that baroque style façade is one of the most impressive of Spain. It's a shame you can't watch it. As a consolation, you can get an idea by looking at the cover image that appears in my tour. You are right, the episcopal palace could perfectly be the city hall, although you are not so far from the truth, because the city hall is the building that is right next to it and you can see its main façade in the square where the tour ended. As a curiosity, that modern building that is also in the square in front of the cathedral is an extension of the city hall, so as you can see, not only in Boston modern city hall buildings are built in the old town 😄 Feliz Navidad y prospero año nuevo! 😉 See you!
