Is The Rump Skirt Uruguayan FARMI of Pasture Cattle Good? (Rump Tail BBQ)

I roasted a piece of Farmi rump skirt which is a meat imported from Uruguay from cattle raised in the pasture, it is a meat with a differentiated flavor and of great quality!
Meat from grass-fed cattle is also known as organic meat and Farmi is one of the best in the world, the meat for this barbecue I bought at the Top Meat store located in the city of são carlos - sp, there you can find a great variety of national and imported beef cuts.
The Farmi rump skirt is imported 100% frozen so it is a very high quality meat as it is kept frozen from production to final distribution in the butchers.
