- Hello friends,
Today, I want to share a unique recipe from the villages of Iran with you. It's a dish called "Saj Ichi" made with veal and buttermilk. This special dish is one of the most delicious meat dishes ever. To make it, we start by chopping the meat and frying it. Then, we cook it with water and onions and finally add spices and buttermilk. We let the meat cook on low heat for a few hours and serve it with rice. This delightful and unique dish is one of the famous dishes of Talash land and has many fans.
The people of this land are accustomed to consuming high-calorie foods due to their daily tasks and harsh weather conditions. Over time, special recipes have developed to meet the physical needs of the people in this region.

So, today is Sunday, and normally a day at the beach is the schedule for the day here in Hawaii. But as I was about to leave the house, I noticed a new video from my favorite subscription, 'My Rural Life'. Needless to say, we have many beautiful beaches here on O`ahu, but in the whole wide world, there is none more beautiful than Behnaz and Nazila! So, I thought, "Should I go see the beach of which we have many, or should I stay home and watch 'My Rural Life', with the two most beautiful women in the world?"
