How beautiful, Trinity! I've never worked with carob before, but now I'm really interested in trying it out. By the way, your voice is so calming and relaxing to the ear.

Beautiful to see you here Cadry! I used to use it a lot as a chocolate alternative (but when chocolate started getting a rep for being healthy, I gave up carob). It's really exciting to incorporate into my foods again.
      Thanks for your kind words.

I feel like you should label your videos with ASMR because your voice is soooo soothing

Ok lol! Just had to google that one.
People think they are coming to me for recipes, but really it's all about transcendence :) And sometimes we get around to making delicious food too.

Going to make these for my mum and I, a healthy treat no sugar. Perfect x thank you. What are the two types of carob please? I'm still learning recipes for plant based diet. Your videos are a huge help. X

I think carob is a bit like apple, where you get the sweeter type and then also their is a more bitter type. I am not sure if they are always labelled, which can make it confusing. Here in my cupboard I have two types 1. Cotswold (the brand) Carob Powder - that one is darker and more bitter, but still fine if you like carob. 2. Savvy (the brand) OZ Carob which is labelled as 'naturally sweet' - and tha brand is definitely lighter and sweeter. I have just found over the years that they either come as light coloured (sweeter) or dark coloured (which tend to be more bitter).
It is quite difficult to get accurate info out there about them. I hope that helps a little though. It might be a case of just playing with them and seeing.

Wow those look incredible! Awesome video! I have a quick question could you recommend me to a brand or company that makes 100% organic Carob bars? Like similar to a chocolate bar but just Organic Carob instead? Would really love to find something like this!

HELLO I AM a new subscriber to your channel & I Love it , thank you for sharing these yummy cosmic goodies. I would like to know what high powered blender you use since we can't get the best one here in England . what one do you recommend that will blend nuts and make nut milks and grind flax seeds etc: and really blend stuff up smooth and powerful. THANK YOU PRO-PEACE

I always recommend vitamix or blendtec - although they can be super pricey - so you have to really know that you are going to get the use out of it. I currently use the omni-blend jug blender - it's high powered and was expensive BUT I don't recommend it! I use the Magimix 5200 XL food processor for processing (highly recommend that, although I use it a lot, so I can justify having it ;).
You could actually do the above recipe with a hand blender.
I often use a nut mill to grind my seeds and nuts.
I am not sure if that is helpful. Perhaps I should draw up a suggestions list with helpful links? Would that help? Or maybe do a video of what I recommend.
