He will stuff up the Chuck, water needle & end of the steel , there is no need to have the machine flat out , try half the rotation and ease the steel into boring the hole , when you get about 1mtr in then hit the rotation 👌

OK this doesn't look good, but , I don't think he can move his leg other than up against the forklift, and, maybe the hole needs to be drilled level. I'm not sure, but he could have started with a 4 ft steel, then again maybe thats all he had.

He doesn't have to go gun ho , cut the rotation back so he has full control over the machine, stand on the air hose to pull the machine down 👌

Too much vibarating can easily damaged the drill bit. You have to hear your drill and machine then you know what is wrong otherwise you will struggle. Keep trying
