Too much vibarating can easily damaged the drill bit. You have to hear your drill and machine then you know what is wrong otherwise you will struggle. Keep trying
He will stuff up the Chuck, water needle & end of the steel , there is no need to have the machine flat out , try half the rotation and ease the steel into boring the hole , when you get about 1mtr in then hit the rotation 👌
