Y are so many kb instructors on UA-cam are thin and skinny but they are telling us how to build muscle and get ripped?...
asap service I guess that the majority of them are doing high rep kettle bell work outs. I know from my own experience with high rep swings they will quickly strip fat from the system. However if you want to bulk up with kettle bells check out Chandler Marchman.
I really don't see much, if any, chest action in this move. They're great, but lacking for chest.
Overhead pressing is a great compliment, to more commonly thought of pressing & pulling exercises. One of the greating things about functional training, is that instead of muscles working in isolation...they work in harmony!
Max's Best Bootcamp if tight and tone with better stamina, but minimal strength and size gains are what someone wants, this is great. However, to build strength and or mass you need that isolation.
I'm all for this lift and kettlebells, but depending on it alone I would have never broke a 455 pound drug free bench.

Blue is usually 12kg in kettlebells 🤗
