Many times you won't see walleye on the depthfinder, they hug the bottom, advice: fish walleye habit, when you find one take note of the area and what features there are, they will be there
Yea I've definitely seen them hug so tight to the bottom you would think they are a rock even on live sonar until they move. If they are actively feeding they usually are suspended in the water and are visible on graphs
I talked to a couple fishermen that were in that area 2 weeks ago and they said they were catching some smaller males on a jig and minnow and jerkbaits
yep i figured thats gonna be the dirtiest water and warmest water will be. those 2 usually go hand and hand tho. ive got about 9 spots marked to check out saturday. got a club tournament sunday.
@@indepthangling water was way too dirty up river. Spent too much time there trying to force a bite. The tournament was won on a jig bite in cleaner water.

I'll be hitting Stockton this weekend. Launching from ruark bluff. Planned on heading up river on east side of the ramp.
