I am very much confused what to do should I prepare for cat or should I prepare for RBI grade b exam as preparing for cat and taking loans after selection and then repaying it later will be long process as it usually takes 5 years in general in most of the cases on other hand RBI offers a handsome salary more or less same with the iims baring some top colleges plus there is stability and job security on the other hand cat also provide the iim tag which will be very helpful to grow faster in long run i am a fresher will be graduating in June engineer male your suggestions will be highly appreciated what are the factors that I should consider..

I am a highly introvert guy (INTP personality type) and i have done my Graduation in BA from Univ of Pune and currently pursuing MBA externally & niw gonna be filling up form before 30th June 2023.. for Second year MBA and had not decided the Specialization yet so confused.. i have options in 2nd year MBA like - HR mgmt, Marketing, Finance, Enterpreneurship, Project Mgmt, Int Business Mgmt, Operations&Supply Chain Mgmt, Business Analytics..
My personality type suggests Business Analytics however i am not a BCA or BTech degree Background guy with core coding knowledge.. i had did web development diploma but didn't work for me as was not graduate when i completed it and thus the salary package was 7k p.m as compared to 35k which i get in current BPO profile as in the Motor Insurance sector.. i understand minimal coding though..
but just the thing is i need to select one specialization i was thinking of project management, Int business, Supply chain logistics or Maybe Data analytics... also consider the fact that its a external education via live video classes.. & i dont like sales, too much accounting and would preffer working Individually rateher then socialized kind of work.. what do u suggest.. which specialization is best for me!??

Yes, I have worked in Supply chain department in Skoda Volkswagen, My senior manager and general manger were both have done MBA in Operations. Also i know many other people with same background, but i guess in Automobile Industry salary wont be that great.But yes looking at the Market if you go into Software and EV technology you have better scope.
