What it is, is deeply incoherent. Typical of current feminism. If your husband calls you a slut for going out alone, solve that problem with him. And if not, why do you talk about imaginary cases?
In Spain we detest this song. We don't want that this represent us. "Zorra" is the insult most used by abusers of women. We tried to stop this terrible and insulting song against women from being a representative of Spain
@JateoKiguin That's false😂. The Jury were paid for lobbies and the "public" was the spectators, gay and trans men that have no idea about feminism. The song is detested throughout the country, and has been denounced by feminist associations throughout Spain and even by judicial experts in abuses against women. And there are desperate lobbies financing trolls and youtubers to make people believe that this trash song is liked🤡. I'm sorry for you but you're not fooling anyone😂
I was very surprised at first by mentioning the word in the title all the time. It shocked me, but as I listened to its infectious and happy rhythm, like a hymn, and the transgressive staging, I loved it. On the other hand, the dancers are not superfluous at all. We are too used to seeing women with little clothing on stage, and it is not bad that now they are the ones who add the point of sensuality and spice. Furthermore, it coincides more with the group to whom the song is dedicated, apart from women, the LGTBIQ+ group and specifically the transgender politician Manuela Trasobares. That's why Mery says at the end of the song "Throw the cup, throw the cup" at the moment of thanking the audience. Because, in fact, Manuela really did it, she throwed a cup to the floor. There is a video out there where he did it on a TV set, as a protest against all the pressure that women, and even more so, transgender women, suffer in society. In short, I love the song and the staging, even though Mery doesn't hit some notes, because it is a staging that raises the vibration and transmits joy, and that is what matters for a contest of this type. Thanks Nebulossa and their song "Zorra" for ESC. Greetings from the Basque Country 💕 ✨️
I am a Spanish and heterosexual man, but from now on I could say that I am a picture-postcard bitch, in support of the song and vindication of its message, which is so necessary for Europe and, above all, for the rest of the world where women continue to be so discriminated against and often humiliated with words like that. Before "bitch" was a word of chains (submission and contempt) and now it is a word with musical wings, liberating, thanks to Nebulosa. I don't know if he will win Eurovision, but he has already won the free world. There are still months until the grand final of Eurovision, there is time for the general European public to know the history of the Spanish word "zorra", then they will understand the song better and will be able to interpret it to the right extent. With enough perspective we can clearly see that Eurovision is about to officially issue an "anthem of justice." For me, the song ZORRA is also an act of protest: "Enough is enough, women have the same right to have fun and live just as a man does and not be discriminated against for it."
Good observation. Although in the previous video clips the song did not show this type of dancers, RTVE (public Spanish television) has decided to include them in the Benidorm Fest Final with great success. That is, the lyrics of the song (or just listening to the song) are for women's equality, but visually the LGTBI demand can also be included, as has been done in the final choreography. And I repeat, with great success. 🙂
This song refers to the concept of gender equality. The word "zorra" in Spain symbolizes being a woman who, although she does not consider herself a prostitute, lives her life as she wants. On the other hand, "Zorro" is the prestigious swordsman, brave and recognized as a heartthrob. We know that the voice is not the best, but the backstage of this song defends women's rights from a fun context.
@@JoeMartinez18Dont lie. ''Zorra'' means literally ''slut'' then a woman who has many casual sexual partners. This is still a scourge for women, while for men it is a sign of triumph. This song is a feminist anthem that talks about women freedom.
¿o no?... // Thank you for your generous review. I hope everything goes well in the final and it is seen as a simply casual and crazy bet. I'm glad that age wasn't a barrier (although the vocalist isn't that old), it's already a positive thing. It has nothing to do with last year's candidacy, so it's okay to change and see what happens this time. Probably nothing, because they will still not understand us in Europe, hehehe... or not?...
Nebulossa is fantastic, the whole performance it’s a diamond, doesn’t matter if there’s not enough vocal quality or if it’s too flat, the guys with the electric guitar and the drums are so goooood OMG and the dancer were serving since first minutes plus have you noticed there was no backup singers, the audience was the backup singers ❤ to understand what was going on with the audience you must understand the lyrics and the meaning, supporting from USA 🇺🇸 nice reaction 👌🏼

"...the competition..." ha ha ha!!! Thank you for explaining what all Spaniards think of "the competition." For many years we have presented songs of very low level. But there are many countries that will never give us a single vote and the competition doesn't matter for us. This is not a problem because we know that we have not done anything wrong to them.
I've seen so many reactions to the song and yours has been by far the most fun to watch. I'm so glad you loved the instrumental cuz I really think it's one of the main things that makes the song such a banger. You've got yourself a new subscriber, I'll look forward to react to the rest of the songs with you! ♡
It is something unique and never seen before, Spain can surprise this year with the song Zorra, the staging is spectacular, the voice is very pleasant, and it has a chorus that everyone hums, Spain winner this year, Everybody with Nebulossa.🥰🥰🥰
Hi. This is a translation of the song (It isn't mine. It´s not literal but is a good translation in my opinion. "I already know I’m just a bitch, that my past consumes you I know that I’m the black sheep The misunderstood one, the stone-cold one I already know I’m not who you want me to be (I know it) I understand that it exasperates you (I know it) But this is my nature I can’t be bothered to change for you I’m in a good moment It was only a matter of time I’m going out to the street to scream what I feel To the four winds If I go out alone I’m the bitch If I have fun, the biggest bitch If I come back home after dawn I’m even more of a bitch When I get what I want (Bitch, bitch) It’s never because I deserve it (Bitch, bitch) And even if I’m eating the world No one values it, not even for a second I’m in a good moment (Bitch, bitch) Rebuilt from the inside (Bitch, bitch) And that bitch that you feared so much Became empowered And now she’s a picture-perfect bitch (Bitch, bitch, bitch) Who’s not going bad anymore (Bitch, bitch, bitch) Who doesn’t care anymore Stone me, who cares I’m a picture-perfect bitch I’m a real woman (Bitch, bitch, bitch) And if I act viscerally (Bitch, bitch, bitch) This bitch will turn into a jackal You’ll open a can of worms I’m a picture perfect bitch I’m in a good moment It was only a matter of time I’m going out to the street to scream what I feel To the four winds I’m in a good moment (Bitch, bitch, bitch) Rebuilt from the inside (Bitch, bitch, bitch) And that bitch that you feared so much Became empowered And now she’s a picture-perfect bitch."
Queda claro !!
As a Spaniard, I am very happy that Nebulossa represents us at Eurovision 2024. Nobody gave a single euro for them, with their low budget and the criticism they have received for their vocal quality and against all those walls, Nebulossa came out on top... And because ? Because ? If there were singers with better vocal quality... Yes there were... And my respects to all the participants at the Benidorm Fest; But for a song to be good, you don't have to have a great voice... How many world-renowned and well-known artists are there who don't have a great voice!?? Admitted by themselves. And "ZORRA" is an anthem against the sexism of a percentage of men in society, who try to disqualify women by calling them bitches and also for that "sector" of women who also try to belittle your life by calling you a bitch. !! Simply out of pure envy. And those people who criticize the song, and say that it is for gays; Please read the lyrics of the song and understand it!! It has nothing to do with gays or feminists. It is an anthem of women and only of them and I hope it helps us all to be more educated. That's the ZORRA message and it's very big!! But the song also has spark and is danceable, where it has been seen that the public sings with the artist and sings backing vocals, without being world-famous and highly consecrated!? In Sweden that stadium will become the coliseum and its gladiors will be: NEBULOSSA!!!!
Thank you so much for telling me the meaning of the song. That’s why I love the comments section🥰🥰 I appreciate you spending your time and writing all of this. It makes so much sense now! When the lyrics are explained, the meaning of the song becomes so much more meaningful. I was vibing with it regardless. 🫶🏼
Add to that usually are women who have literally no dress when men’s are full covered in their presentation s and this time it was the opposite, it’s a lady all covered and the dancer were males with lingerie 👌🏼
Obviously it's related to feminism. It's stupid to not relate both ideas. The song is about empowering women, in which world this would not be related to a movement like feminism? It's the same movement that tries to show that women older than 50 are equal and valuable and need to have their own space as it should be.
It has nothing to do with the feminist movement, in fact feminists in Spain are atrociously criticizing the song. It is a cry against the vulgarity of men and some women, against women. It is an anthem to try to have a more educated society.
Zorra is simply the feminine of fox. However, in Spanish “zorra” can also mean bitch or whore in the bad sense. Many people have been told this word on countless occasions for being free and not accepting the established rules and now they are recovering the term to create with it an anthem of empowerment, a feminist anthem. As it is a painful topic, they have made an intelligent and fun reinterpretation for all those who have suffered. A song that is already going viral throughout the Spanish-speaking world. Yesterday, in 24 hours, he obtained 450,000 listens on Spotify, the performance at the Benidorm Fest has more than two million views, in 48 hours, on the RTVE music channel on UA-cam, his music video is also close to three million of visualizations... the Zorra phenomenon is now unstoppable...
is fundamental to enjoy this song to know the lyrics and get an accurate english translation. Zorra means "bitch" and she is saying: If I go out alone I'm a bitch, if I enjoy I'm a bitch and if it takes longer till downing then I am more bitch. She says that because men can go out alone by night, enjoy a lot the night til dawning and all is OK but if a woman does the same then is a "zorra". It is about a empowered woman.
~For all of you that dont speak Spanish~ Some people are a bit confused about why the song from Nebulossa is such a fever in Spain. Let me give you context: The word "Zorra" literally means female fox but its also a terrible insult to say to a woman, worse than b*tch. María Bass after her 56 years of living has been told this word countless times, for looking good, for having fun, for being honest, for being succesful, etc and now reclames the word to create a feminist anthem with it. ---The lyrics say the following: I already know I’m just a bitch, that my past consumes you I know that I’m the black sheep The misunderstood one, the stone-cold one I already know I’m not who you want me to be (I know) I understand that it exasperates you (I know) But this is my nature I can’t be bothered to change for you I’m in a good moment It was only a matter of time I’m going out to the street To scream out loud what I feel If I go out alone I’m the bitch If I have fun, the biggest bitch If I come back home after dawn I’m even more of a bitch When I get what I want (Bitch, bitch) It’s never because I deserve it (Bitch, bitch) And even if I’m taking on the world No one values it, not even for a second If I go out alone I’m the bitch If I have fun, the biggest bitch If I come back home after dawn I’m even more of a bitch I’m in a good moment (Bitch, bitch) Rebuilt from the inside (Bitch, bitch) And that bitch that you feared so much Became empowered And now she’s a picture-perfect bitch (Bitch, bitch, bitch) Who’s not doing bad anymore (Bitch, bitch, bitch) Who doesn’t care anymore Throw stones at me, who cares I’m a picture-perfect bitch I’m a real woman (Bitch, bitch, bitch) And if I act viscerally (Bitch, bitch, bitch) This bitch will turn into a jackal You’ll open a can of worms I’m a picture perfect bitch I’m in a good moment It was only a matter of time I’m going out to the street To scream out loud what I feel I’m in a good moment (Bitch, bitch, bitch) Rebuilt from the inside (Bitch, bitch, bitch) And that bitch that you feared so much Became empowered And now she’s a picture-perfect bitch

@@Janaofficialmusic Zorra means something like "bitch". You can use it to insult a woman or in this case as a way of sayin "I am a zorra, so what, I feel good about myself and I don't care anymore about criticism".
I think that the most important of this song is the message of empowering, feminism and freedom of doing what you want. This is already an anthem in Spain and I think it could be a hit in Eurovision 🦊🎉
I 100% agree with you. I miss a great voice,. with strength. Then it would be perfect. The message is spot on. She is great, especially when one knows her story. The performance, I think is fantastic, too, the staging, but one waits for the culmination... and it never comes. Too bad, but I think that the people that likes it, don't care. Don't care either in which position it will finish. It doesn't matter. It's more about getting the message across. Changing the meaning of the word "Zorra". We all thought that Chanel would win and she came in 3rd, so now it's about enjoying ourselves. The position in Eurovision is lacking in importance. The main goal is to have fun.
Lets see Dear. With all the love in the world, are you giving a Masterclass?. The singer is 56 years old, magnificent, but 56 ( in three days 60 years old) . We are used to singers in their twenties, thirties, fortiessss. And we know that the laryngovocal body does not respond the same. Without training there is no strong thoracic-pulmonary functioning & 56, so your voice sound so powerful, my darling. She is MOSTLY self-taught, she has no academic training. Women in Spain were afraid of being insulted by ZORRA with or without reason. She transgresses this stigma and directly says: I AM A ZORRA, at my age I am back, I have lived lots of situations, doesn´t matter. The nakedness of the dancers is necessary, another transgression. At Eurovision we have seen women singers and dancers showing more ass and breasts by balancing: They come out/They don't come out. And she also unifies it with dancers with an obvious sexual orientation: Insulted, ridiculed,... in the past, and unfortunately nowadays. It's like taking a sock and turning it inside out. That is why the puritans ( I am amazing with reacts of some young people from NORTHEUROPE AND EASTEUROPE, thank God they weren´t when Sistine Chapel was painted) and very conservatives hate it: They receive in their faces what they have always done, destroying the lives of certain groups of people with insults and rumors. I hope you consider, that is its power of convocation and personal triumph of ZORRA. Thank you.
The song is a feminist statement, although it can also resonate with sexual minorities and various socially stigmatized groups. It is a case of reclaiming a sexist slur. What makes the song even more valuable is that it is sung by a woman who is almost 60 years old and does not fit the hegemonic model typically expected in this type of performance. The fervor with which the audience accompanied the song is evidence that it is a cultural phenomenon. The staging has brought joy to many people. That is worth as much or more than scoring points in Eurovision. Bravo from Argentina.
The technical sound kinda sucked during the whole competition for every artist! But it was amazing, please check out the lyrics!!! I think you'd love them(they are empowering and great) Edit:sorry i wasnt clearer!!

Much love !🥰🫶🏼

Hi.
This is a translation of the song (It isn't mine. It´s not literal but is a good translation in my opinion.
"I already know I’m just a bitch,
that my past consumes you
I know that I’m the black sheep
The misunderstood one, the stone-cold one
I already know I’m not who you want me to be (I know it)
I understand that it exasperates you (I know it)
But this is my nature
I can’t be bothered to change for you
I’m in a good moment
It was only a matter of time
I’m going out to the street to scream what I feel
To the four winds
If I go out alone I’m the bitch
If I have fun, the biggest bitch
If I come back home after dawn
I’m even more of a bitch
When I get what I want (Bitch, bitch)
It’s never because I deserve it (Bitch, bitch)
And even if I’m eating the world
No one values it, not even for a second
I’m in a good moment (Bitch, bitch)
Rebuilt from the inside (Bitch, bitch)
And that bitch that you feared so much
Became empowered
And now she’s a picture-perfect bitch
(Bitch, bitch, bitch)
Who’s not going bad anymore
(Bitch, bitch, bitch)
Who doesn’t care anymore
Stone me, who cares
I’m a picture-perfect bitch
I’m a real woman
(Bitch, bitch, bitch)
And if I act viscerally
(Bitch, bitch, bitch)
This bitch will turn into a jackal
You’ll open a can of worms
I’m a picture perfect bitch
I’m in a good moment
It was only a matter of time
I’m going out to the street to scream what I feel
To the four winds
I’m in a good moment

Iconicccccccc!!!!! ❤
Soy español , me encanta, me siento Zorra !! y me representa totalmente.❤❤❤❤❤
eres gay?
Queda claro !!
Soy español, me parece un truño, no me representa y siempre me he sentido libre!!
In Sweden that stadium will become the coliseum and its gladiors will be:
NEBULOSSA!!!!
Add to that usually are women who have literally no dress when men’s are full covered in their presentation s and this time it was the opposite, it’s a lady all covered and the dancer were males with lingerie 👌🏼
thanks to you, greetings from Madrid, Spain
Obviously it's related to feminism. It's stupid to not relate both ideas. The song is about empowering women, in which world this would not be related to a movement like feminism? It's the same movement that tries to show that women older than 50 are equal and valuable and need to have their own space as it should be.
It has nothing to do with the feminist movement, in fact feminists in Spain are atrociously criticizing the song.
It is a cry against the vulgarity of men and some women, against women.
It is an anthem to try to have a more educated society.
I LOVE ZORRA ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜👏💜👏💜👏💜

For the public it is not a song, it is an anthem, the voice matters little, unless it is the original voice, like now 🙂
Todo lleno de Gays
I can’t stop listening to the song on Spotify, I’m listening to it now!!! I definitely can see this becoming an anthem for many many years ahead!!

This song goes beyond any score
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Jenni Hermoso's anthem. Plain simple.
is fundamental to enjoy this song to know the lyrics and get an accurate english translation.
Vixen is better traslación i think
~For all of you that dont speak Spanish~
Some people are a bit confused about why the song from Nebulossa is such a fever in Spain. Let me give you context:
The word "Zorra" literally means female fox but its also a terrible insult to say to a woman, worse than b*tch. María Bass after her 56 years of living has been told this word countless times, for looking good, for having fun, for being honest, for being succesful, etc and now reclames the word to create a feminist anthem with it.
---The lyrics say the following:
I already know I’m just a bitch,

The misunderstood one, the stone-cold one
I already know I’m not who you want me to be

This song is delicious, wonderful, beautiful, exciting, transgressive, feminine, fun, synthpop, dancing, magnificent, amazing...
A disco anthem!
The main goal is to have fun.
the best is the lyrics y and the performance, not the voice, but its a real hymn
Best lyrics and performance?
Rhimes zorra with zorra... And the performance is as much just ok
They can be the winner of Eurovision 2024, definitely! 🤩
Thank you.
Best song of 2024❤
BRAVO ESPAÑA, TODOS BAILANDO❤
The song is a feminist statement, although it can also resonate with sexual minorities and various socially stigmatized groups. It is a case of reclaiming a sexist slur. What makes the song even more valuable is that it is sung by a woman who is almost 60 years old and does not fit the hegemonic model typically expected in this type of performance. The fervor with which the audience accompanied the song is evidence that it is a cultural phenomenon.
The staging has brought joy to many people. That is worth as much or more than scoring points in Eurovision. Bravo from Argentina.
