This was an exciting day out of the grid, far from civilization, surrounded by beautiful landscapes, walking and immersed in an amazing tropical rainforest in Panama, stunning nature full of sounds and animals.
We learned about the Embera culture, music, food, dressing, how they make handcrafts and how they keep a very simple life in a real native village in our modern and technological world.
