I'm obviously coming to this a year late, but I'm really enjoying your channel! It makes me want to have a go at making some helmets myself! However, while watching this, and the struggles you had with the visor, I went back and had a look at Lightspeed Rescue visors again, and looking at it, I would assume that the tiny white border around the visor was probably on the visor itself, and not the helmet. This could then cover some magnets that you could use to attach the visor, and even to remove it, should the wearer want to do the visor-less form sometimes seen in the show.

Hey no worries! Thanks for watching! The actual helmets with the respirator were entirely different helmets, you can see this with them only having that version available to them in super mega force for titanium 😂 but we are actually almost done with a yellow that will have a swappable visor and respirator, should finish it this weekend on stream
