- Game 3 of the Inaugural @WatchPBLA season as our Squad Syracuse Spark takes on the Binghamton Bombers in what could develop to be the I-81 Rivalry.
Huge win for the Spark as we got out to an early lead and battled for 4 quarters to win 17-11 - Спорт
One of the things I love about your videos Bill is that you constantly talk to teammates about where to be and what to look for. Communication is key. I love how you are teaching some of the less experienced players without berating them on "missed opportunities". Well done and keep it up. Hope to see you on the floor.

its not the physicality that surprises you but your reaction time is cut in half. whatever you thought your lax iq was by playing only field, its a lot lower after your try at box.

Remember when the NLL players used to have helmet cameras? What happened to that?
Yes that's where I first started wearing one, the league and players didn't feel like editing the footage I imagine or it was just too arduous
Why aren’t you in the NLL anymore
I'm playing in the PBLA with the Syracuse Spark now, I'm not sure teams liked my style in the NLL

Those were the intial rules then they changed them because game flow was better this way
