how do you get items like I just started playing yesterday and everyone has literally things like sphere of speed and button locator

Event only 100k hardmode mean +1 items
Beat laps 1-5 and 7 +6 items
Beat bob,nightmare,nightmare:true suffer,virus +4 items
I recommend need other ppl who have speed items to budget chase and get free items (like me YK)
