Most informative video I could find about this record player on youtube. Thanks. This seems like a perfect unit for someone new to the hobby who initially may not have as many vinyl records. The option to connect via phono out or line out is a welcome one.
Great vid , much better than the rest I found but I would have liked to know how heavy the platter is and what the plinth is made off as these will give some indication of the likelyhood of it actually being a good sounding turntable rather than a light weight , plastic fantastic with a lot of useful features.
The platter is medium in weight and the plinth is light weight. Thsi is a superb deck for the price, but not designed to be a rock star. The Musiccast features make it a BARGAIN though!
Hi addisson333. The unit does not require an earth wire and can operate with power conneced only - wirelessly to any MusicCast speaker (Sound Bar or Amplifier). However....I would recommend you use it cabled (via its RCA interconnect) to a good stereo amp, and the wireless features only used for MusicCast in other areas of the home.

Please,i have this device but u don t know how to make the music playing????
Sorry, I have a daft question, where does the sound come from? What I need to purchase some speakers?
For a turntable, you will need an amp and speakers. For this MusicCast turntable, you can stream it to any MusicCast speaker wirelessly.
@@TLPCHC can it be used with any speakers? such as BOSE?
how is the streaming quality . Is it anything like their streamers or better
The streaming should be the same as the other Musiccast units.
Can i connect this with the mcr-n870d?
Yes - Both wired and via Musiccast
@@TLPCHC thank you!
Isn't it equipped with a ground wire connector? That would be wired if not, don't you agree?
