@@tmcpurch It's the prosecution's witness, he's *supposed* to be coach by Love. This sounds weird but is actually completely normal. Schardt and Steel and Doug and all of them get to do the same thing with their witnesses. You can coach your witnesses however much you want, the only thing you can't let them do is *lie* on the stand.

He's no longer a police officer, and doesn't want anything to do with this, imo. Such low energy seemed a reluctant witness. It was a very long time ago and I do think he can't remember. Won't lie that he car for prosecution. It's unbelievable that other witnesses are expected to remember details when officers need their notes to.

I've been silently watching this trial along with y'all. I never participate in the chats, mostly cause i am not watching live. But after seeing the title of this video and combined with the past comments Katt has made about trying not to spread false information/waiting for information to be verified before speaking on it. I will no longer be watching with y'all. Mostly because that last information about spreading false info and such. Lemme break this down a little bit. I just watched the full testimony of Ryan McGovern. (not this specific video on Katt's page, but on the full trial stream). I saw this video title before getting to that witness though. So I was waiting to hear that "lie" the whole time listening from the start of the day. To only find out it wasn't a lie at all. First off Thorpe said in January 2015. Not September 2015. So that isn't a lie. 9 months in-between those incidents. In those 9 months, those cameras could of broken and been fixed one or multiple times. So many things could of happened to the video system in those 9 months including being upgraded . So really, is Thorpe Lying? Probably not. Should he have detailed these broken security systems in his report? absolutely! No question about that. But yeah I'm being honest when I said every time I would hear Katt say something about trying not to spread False information, I rolled my eyes and said to my self "yeah okay". Because I knew the level of bias this whole chat including Katt has against the state will cause y'all not to stay true to those words. And honestly its disappointing y'all don't see that. The state sucks in this case but the level of inappropriate actions the state has taken shouldn't allow false information being spread against them. Hope y'all enjoy the rest of this trial. I'm going to Law and Crime feeds, less lying there (and i don't read the chat boxes or comments so im referring to commentary only).
