As someone who is currently gathering as much info as possible to transfer to a table top gaming system to play with friends, yes Fable lore is so rich and deep that it's crazy just how much information is out there.

Makes you wonder what would've happened if the hero kept in better touch with Giles. Maybe when everything went to hell, however it went wrong enough for his kids to wind up orphans, the old guard could've raised them. I'm guessing the "cannon" ending is the hero turned down the royal title and kept on adventuring. Rose seemed old enough to remember your parents, and I think she'd recall if you at any point lived in a castle, especially given how much she wanted to see the inside of Fairfax. You'd think she would've mentioned something like "it'll be just like before!" if such were the case.
can we have a petition for a major update for Fable 3 on Steam( fixing bugs and making all DLC free) and make a PC port for Fable 2 with all DLC Included.
Look at that timing! As soon as I get back from Tim Hortons, I get a notification that Skyrionn uploads a video I've been requesting for a long while! As I've been requesting this it's quite obvious that I know who he is and played the game, lol. The Hero of Southcliff is so important to the Story of The Bloodline yet so many people don't know about him or that he even existed! I wish we actually found out what happened to him... He was a Duke so how did Rose and Sparrow end up homeless? Did he go the same route as the Archons? Squandering his wealth until there was nothing left?
I think the reason the Hero isn't talked about much is due to how far away Southcliff is from the other Albion towns. That and he probably doesn't know he's a Hero.
Dude I love that you do Fable videos. It was the first M rated game that I bought on my own and I spent many an hour playing it. By far one of my all time favorite games and franchises. There is a vibe to Fable you just don't get in other games. The music, atmosphere, funny undertones but its still action packed and sometimes super creepy. Just great all around and I always love to find another fan out there.
I'm currently running a tabletop RPG campaign set during the events of Fable 2 for a group who never played Fable before. It's a lot of fun, and the Fable 2 era of Albion is very interesting.
It would be incredible to have a follow up story with The Hero of Southcliff since his story is relatively unknown. I’d imagine that he would be one of the relatively few people to have survived at least through the story of Fable II before passing on, quietly watching his descendant’s journey.
My memory is foggy, but I swear the white balvorine from this story plays some part in 'The order of the Balvorine' Fable series book. So I think he was sparred canonically, which seems stupid at best.
This is something I love with Fable and Zelda. That there could be a number of heroes that we never met or played as since their stories are just too small I guess but their actions are still important to the world. They may not be remembered but they can be proud of their actions.

What I don’t get is Rose’s letter at the end of Fable 2 choosing family at the Spire, she said she is alive and with skeleton man, Scythe, probably, and nothing else after that, was she alive or not?
To me she is dead because you only bring back your family and dog. Some think Rose is alive, but will she be a child or not that is unknown. As mention to me she is in an afterlife of sorts with Scythe.

Its a shame you can't play this anymore, the websites long gone. So is the unlockables Im still missing all these years later.
