- The Israeli military announced that it lost four more soldiers in Gaza. The soldiers were killed in North Gaza’s Zeitoun neighbourhood. Two others - a soldier and an officer - were seriously wounded in the same incident. Meanwhile, Hamas launched another barrage of rockets at Israel’s southern region which led to a woman being lightly injured. The Israeli military has reportedly advanced further in east Rafah. Palestine is occupied land, and the Palestinians have the right to resist this occupation by any and all means necessary.
UN Resolutuon 181 of 1947 made provision for a 14,000 sqkm independant Israel state, and a 11,000 sqkm independant Palestine state. The 5 arab countries involved were not interested in establishing a Palestine state, and attacked Israel on 15 May 1948, the day after Isreal received its independance. Israel win that war, named Nakba, and claimed 75% of the 11,000 sqkm of land that the arabs did not want as a Palestine state. Dont come now and cry "occupation"!
