Maple Salmon on the Blackstone griddle is fine dining in our environment, an environment that people will embark on by the masses here in Canada this upcoming weekend. Our Victory Day Holiday Weekend is the unofficial start of Camping Season here in Canada. Affectionately know here as May 2-4, May Long, May Run etc. People will bring out their different cooking grills, camping stoves, burners, twig stoves and more. They will once again use their over the fire cooking skills even just to roast some marshmallows with the kiddies. It’s an amazing time of our year. No matter how you decide to cook your food in the outdoors, just getting outdoors is an opportunity to be one with Nature and to enjoy it’s beauty.
