Our vises are made using the Mori Seiki NHX4000 Horizontal Machining Center, Haas TL-1 Toolroom Lathe, and assorted other CNC machines, surface grinders, and support equipment.
Our products are entirely made in the United States, from the materials all the way down to the hardware. Processes performed in-house include all CNC milling and turning, sawing, surface grinding, deburring, cleaning, inspection, and packaging. - Наука та технологія
No, we are a completely different company with zero relation to Glacern. I was previously the engineering director at Glacern but left that company in 2011.
I started Orange Vise Company in 2012 from a clean slate. The focus of my new company is to make CNC workholding products entirely in the USA.

I've spoke with Sol a couples of times when he was at glacern. This man knows his stuff I'm glad he had a chance to break away and start his own thing. Truly a very knowledgeable man. I hope he does very well with his new venture. And the BEST part........ MADE IN THE U.S.A. Awesome videos.

Don't know "a lot" about your relationship with Glacern, but after watching the video and a glimpse on your website, i have to say that you and your team have a supreme taste and skills, not even manufacture an awesome product, 100% USA made, with an amazing quality, the thing goes far beyond into a taste and sensitivity to explain and communicate who you are and what you do.

I would be interested in a custom machine vise. I need something that is about 12" long, 8" wide with a 6.5" travel with a custom mounting.
