If you want to max her out day 1 and you dont have a single thing in your account sure But you can get her easily at 0 stars, and farming for her at max is totally possible, especially with the heads up, update comes in 2 weeks and the characters are available for like a month. More than enough to farm for them

Day 1 player here. I used to love ToF but unfortunately it's getting worse and worse plus they're already working on ToF 2.0. I especially hope that the guy that comes up with those horrible Mini games steps on Lego for the rest of his life! Tof has become a huge cash grab with tasks that feel more like a struggle rather than fun. Still worlds better combat than Genshin impact and a better Gacha system because the counter doesn't reset if you get an SSR before reaching pity, but that doesn't save the game.
Since we know 3.3 cn version. I saved 100 summons for her and maybe a returning ice character. If it's true, my luck will be great. Funny. I don't know why I want Ice characters this month. Not just here but also Genshin Impact. I'm hoping for today's luck, not just Wriothesley but also Qiqi.
This game would be great if it’s was just another Genshin carbon copy but as this is an MMORPG Genshin, you’re lucked out if you aren’t a whale, not that the game isn’t F2P friendly. ToF’s existence in the gaming world made me appreciate HoYoverse games even more.

it being an MMO isn't really it's biggest problem as it functions like GI but with a better co-op integrations, it's actually better than GI since almost everything can be co-op and stamina isn't as important as GI and the equipment sets aren't very grindy as it doesn't have too much random elements into it like GI does, it also has PVP that puts everyone on equal footing regardless of you being a whale or not, something that every GI player said isn't possible in this kind of game, it actually does things better in a lot of aspects, the problem I'm having with the game is the mindless collection of things, I thought GI was worst but this game is way worst in that regards and same with GI, things get boring once you do all the things in that particular update
