I hope that you make more video content in a longer version. I hope that you might consider adding some of the resources for the source material that you are using in your content. Maybe it might spark the curiosity of our people (All age groups to become stronger in learning are cultural history) . This is the main ingredient for having a strong foundation in the willingness to stand on that foundation without bending the truth you come from. Knowing yourself and having knowledge yourself.

Thank you for bringing this information into knowledge. I want to hear about other black contributions. Tired of hearing about Martin, Rosa Parks, Malcolm X, sports heroes.
Images are very important in providing evidence of Black history that has purposely been left out of the educational school system. Along with the fabricating of our contributions to society across the global world. The choices of your images go off the rails in terms of matching your words. Use of words and language is critical in and tell me historical events in history a Black People. This is highly important because we have plenty of evidence of examples of how our story has been told falsely.

Beautiful truths that definitely need to be put on the table. Unfortunately our world now is heading for JUDGEMENT CAUSE WE AS A WHOLE HAVE ABANDON THE CREATOR FROM OUR SOCIETY , LIVES AND EVER OTHER PERSPECTIVE OF LIFE . THEREFORE HEARING ALL THIS IS ABSOLUTELY GREAT AND TRULY ENJOYED LISTING TO IT, BUT IF WE DON'T GET RIGHT WITH GOD WE ALL WILL BE QUIETED. SIN WILL BE THE SPOON, THAT STIRS the coming judgement..
Yes black people should have a lot more power besides they are funny and they will make you laugh when you are your feeling depressed pause and think positive 😊

Not all light skinned Blacks are biracial. The ones who are, many of them have experienced just as much racism as any others Black person. A lot of Biracial Americans who have one Black parent will tend to identify the most with them and the Black race as a whole.

Why on earth is this reporter wearing a mask? Talking in open air as he is was extremely low risk. Ivy Taylor was an extreme disappointment and a black stain to this city.
Really? No, San Antonio was in Mexico, the founders r Native ppl! How dare you, like everyone else does, skew our history. San Antonio came to USA, with the land USA took from Mexico. Jeez, like we don't know the story. Truth never changes, lies do!
people are people. judge those by their actions, not their color (MLK). otherwise, you are perpetuating the trendy concept of "racism". such a tired subject.
It’s not “unfortunate” that black history isn’t taught in our school system. That is by design.
Exactly
Yes 👏
The truth can only be hidden for a moment.

Thank you for schooling us on our history!🤎💯
My grandfather was the first black city council member..,
I know all this. Because after school, I read all the history that isn't taught. You must strive to learn. It is what seperates the rich and the poor.

In History class they just glossed over all important historical facts ...not just black history.
Oh yeah? Great.... Now which history lessons were the actual truth?
Thank you for this video!
If students do not see themselves in the curriculum they are not engaged 👏 say it again . Thankful for a HBCU education ❤
My mother attended and graduated from the nursing program at St. Phillips College.
This education is so needed!
Thank you!!!
The key word is "hidden".
It ain't hidden if most of it never existed, lol.
Yeah it’s not hidden at all, they just try to hide the history.
They don't want it to be known that we ate far superior than they are
I have friends in San Antonio, never knew a lot of history

History books speak of MLK Jr as if he just came out of nothing and speaks nothing of all the black voices that came before him. We need to do better.
