What is your expectation to be able to call it quality training? These concepts are the same utilized by other clubs like FC Barcelona too even before Pep. Rondos and small sided games with overload or neutral players are some of the most effective training tools as players have to be constantly physically and mentally engaged. I am a youth coach and since incorporating these approaches into our training sessions, our players have grown considerably.
