Beginner's will be able to learn very easily how to get started with redstone and there's more to come! - Ігри
To a guy like me, who knows nothing about Redstone, this helped a lot. Thank you so much. ♥️
Dude just make a 4x4 piston door me go BRRRRRR THAT THERE THAT THERE OBSERVER THERE BRRRRRR REDSTONE BRRR WOOOL BRRR
@@GogoGaga7352 dat is a long comment ur keys goes brrr
Have you made a 3x3 piston door ive done it in POCKET EDITION
Took several days as usual
Well my keys is just nuts
After that one simple sentence about comparators, it just clicked. Something just clicked in my brains and now I'm gonna go try and make my own redstone build without following a tutorial. That was helpful.
How many brains do you have?
@@clumsyslime3369 One. It's just one of those moments. Like I said, it kinda just clicked.
If you’ve ever seen Grian you would know he’s not the best when it comes to Redstone and I think I used to be worse then him
For me it was observers
honestly ikr he makes it so simple and easy to understand it feels like my brain expanded tenfolds after this video
First video of someone that genuinely tried to explain and not just brag about their builds without any process or explanation! Subscribed.
coming back from not playing for years, this helps understand why nothing in my worlds work at all lol. Awesome video, really clear and well thought out. Bravo
Even knowing a fair amount of redstone this was still helpful :) thank you
This dude's awesome and the 13 people that disliked are a bunch of jealous haters
No i think their screen was flipped.
What's a dislike?
The gold pressure plates count entities, so the odd temporary signal strength increase is due to the temporarily additional entity of a single item. Once it joins the stack it decreases. If it joins the stack before it's on the pressure plate it won't increase the signal strength. Hope that helps clear up why it works that way.
You earned my subscription- this is one of the most enlightening Bedrock redstone videos I have found on UA-cam.
You used applicable machines to explain basic mechanisms- and that texture pack is a life saver!
Quality audio as well 👌🏻
My first major redstone contraption I built in Minecraft bedrock edition on switch was a piston feed tape that transitioned pixel art pictures in a circular motion from left to right. That project took much, much, much trial and error and it basically all boiled down to trying to figure out how to power 4 sets of pistons in a moving system at the precise right time to make the image move. Quite a challenging build, 10/10 not a beginner project. Total time spent researching redstone methods to try this project: 4 years starting with minecraft java edition in 2015. Been a long time coming.
I've been messing around with noteblocks lately and struggling with the tempos, now I understand better how bedrock edition differs from the java. Thank you, this was truly helpful :)
I looked for this vid because I wanted to see how to do redstone in the new Minecraft because they didn’t keep old redstone so ik a lot already
I used to build redstone stuff in Java about 10 years ago. I love bedrock even if it's not perfect, but between being rusty and the redstone being different, I feel like I don't know anything when it comes to building anymore. I appreciate your video, it was very well explained. The unreliable powering/ticks at the end are really kind of annoying, but I also think some builds could benefit from having "random" input, like how Java has quasi-connectivity and people use the bug as a feature.
Great explanation 👍
I like how you went over all the basics and explained how it all works... I found this really helpful!
I've been looking for a tutorial this good for years now, thank you
What's a great video on Redstone! Thank you very much. Your introduction says it all-many people on UA-cam don't understand that loads of us watching don't have any sort of foundation in Redstone and it's harder to pick up from their videos.
Super nice turorial. Honestly this tutorial is better than most tutorials i watched today about redstones. U earned a sub. Keep it up bro.
Thanks so much! I’m clueless about redstone, but this tutorial was a HUGE help!
Thanks for the explanation having not have played minecraft for quite a few updates i needed a refresher on how things work, i wish you success on your future videos this is very well made.
The Comparator one helped so much awesome vid
this helped so much! i consider myself ok at red stone but I never really knew much of this. do you think you could make like a “10 smile red stone contraptions your house needs?” i want to automate my house
Man, this is an exceptionally good production quality. I don’t know how you only have 4.48k subscribers. Yes, I subscribed.
This is awesome!! Thank you so much I understand EVERYTHING now 🔥
thank you so much i dont know much about redstone and it is probably the most difficult skill that a minecraft player could get
Thank you so much for making this video! This really helped me understand how redstone works.
I know absolutely nothing about how to use redstone, and this video explained what i redstone can and cannot do. It was quite helpful. One small comment is that the gold pressure plate might be useful when you need to know exactly how many mobs, or villagers, are on one block, but how to get the signal from the source to a place you could see it might be a problem.
Knowing a decent amount of redstone this helped a ton!
THANK YOU, VERY LITTLE MCBE/MCPE REDSTONE VIDEOS OUT THERE, YOU ARE A LIFESAVER!
This makes so much sense now thank you I didnt even know how to make. 3x3 door
Such a good instructional. Thank you
This video is so helpful, thank you
this really helped !! tysm :DD
This video is a godsend. Thank you
this simple video, made me understand redstone easily, thanks. i will subscribe
Tip: put ur redstone dust on slabs or glass if u dont want a soft power on that block
The gold pressure plates signal strength is determined by how many different stacks or mobs are on it. It gives you that extended signal for a moment because the drops will merge into the same stack. Ex. you could have up to 64 planks for a signal of one but when you have 65 planks that will be a signal of two.
Thanks so much; this helped me a lot! :)
this is the only video that actually allowed me to understand comparators tbh
After 2 years, I finally understand the difference between soft and hard powering. Thanks a lot.
So you could make really coool contraptions with the daylight sensor. If you had a glass ceiling you could have a light turn on at night and off at day, cool
For sure!!
Thank you :D this helped me to understand
I know a lot of redstone stuff and this is 100% true your working wonders
Thats great, keep working man!🙃
Ik a lot about Redstone but want to become a pro this was a wonderful vid man I really appreciate it 🔥♥️🔥
Great video!
Amazing vid man
This was so useful I haven’t known anything for like 5 years bro 😎
I am a dummy when it comes to redstone this video helped alotthx😀😀😀
Thank you that was very good! I’m old and just discovered Minecraft so I’m lost! Lol but you earned my attention and most of all my like and subscribe!
Thanks. I made a secret room in my base using the item frame thing on a single-player world kinda useless, but my friends does come to my home sometimes and borrow my phone or connect with me, maybe i'll let my friends find the secret room.
Amazing explanation Jay! I am new to minecraft and redstone of course. I kind of understand the “gist” of it but not fully comprehend it well enough to create any contraception of my own. Java and bedrock working a little different make things more confusing. I am trying to find a tutorial on how to make a machine to build an aerial road (with cobblestone or any other block being 3 blocks wide) to connect places of interest in my world (base, portals, villages etc) for easier “comute” (I don’t have elytra yet). If you have any tutorial or know someone who does please let me know! I will have a “sneak peak” on your playlist! Thanks again for the amazing video!
The def building roads would be a bit tricky on bedrock, best bet is probably with Silent Whisperer or Navy Nexus
Dude thank you I finally now why the automatic farm always fails me thank you🙏
Can you reach how to link nether portals? (I know it’s not redstone related but I want to know and other videos aren’t that helpful) or make a video on how command blocks work?
i'm not an expert on it, but all you need to do make a map and open it on the area in the overworld you want to travel ,marking it and then put it in your inventory. take your y cordinates and travel back to your base and make a nether portal there, once you do enter the nether portal and travel to the area you want to on the map from the nether and once you get there make sure your on the same y level as any open land is on or you will spawn in a cave system or high in the sky. make one more nether portal in that area and once you enter it, it should spawn a nether portal exactly where you want it to in the overworld give or take 5~10 block radius. i do this on bedrock and it's pretty easy, but not the best at exact locations, which is why you want the y cordinates. hope this helped you
-Josh8 so... I have to divide the x,y and z coordinate with 8 in the overworked to find out what they would be in the nether?
@@Sanidhy the only coordinate you really need is the Y/height coordinate if you do like me and start a new map where you plan on linking the portal from the nether, because wherever you make a portal from in the nether,as long as its 9 blocks away from another portal, it will be as the same x and z of the location of the map you are currently on.
-Josh8 sorry I play on iPad
@@Sanidhy divide your coordinates in the overworld by 8. The y doesn't matter that much. The numbers you get are where in the nether you build your portal
Thx I didn’t now noting about redstone
Wow is it just me or does this video feel epicly epic
This video helped me soooooo much
The best video for 1.16 redstone
Love your vids :)
Thank you!
I never knew what a comparator was, looked it up I dint understand, you helped thanks
Make sure to checkout the comparator video!

@@AnimusJGames THANKS!
This video is sooooo helpful
Thank you so much, I hope to see more redstone tutorials in future 🙂 liked & subbed 👍
I have an entire redstone tutorial playlist you can checkout 💪
@@AnimusJGames 😆 I know, I'm watching them right now 🙌 you're pretty cool dude 😁👍
Thanks 😅
THANK YOU
THANK YOU I kNOW A BIT OF REDSTONE BUT NOW I AM A GENIUS!!!!!!
:D
Very great tutorial! Thanks! As a Java redstoner, this helped me a lot.
P.S. : Shroomlights and sea lanterns are solid blocks when I tested. I'm in 1.20.32
I’m back here after a few months of playing minecraft and a little bit of understanding of red stone
Freakin awesome video bro
Thank you
This video is soooo helpful
Very nice video 👌👌
u got a new sub
The link to the comparator video didn't pop up can you put it in the description
Hey Animusj, do you have any idea why locked repeaters seem not to work on Bedrock right now ? I tried on mcpe and switch with no luck
Thx bro
U are a legend
Hey in minecraft pocket and bedrock edition redstone lamps, pistons, etc... can be powered by redstone in all directions
New sub ❤
You are amazin'
This was the thing that caused me to first try a restore build
Amazing
Can you please do how does piston and observers work?
I was trying to make some simple 1 by 2 automatic doors. My knowledge is limited with redstone so I kept getting stumped. (Also have a small space to work with). But Im sure Ill get it after watching this lol.
Join our discord and we will help! My tips, make it work however you can - then try and make the redstone smaller.
I understand redstone but im not creative enough to know what i should do with it?
SECRET LAIR MUAHA
create machines, work on your projects, create awesome builds etc etc etc. Minecraft has a lot of opportunities for players, means you can do almost anything you like.
make up somethings you want to do, make some plans how you will do your creations, test, fix your trial and errors, impress your friends
Troll
kinda same
Where did you get the redstone power level texture
Bro.....I FEEL LIKE A FREAKING GENIUS!!!!
Thank
I love this video! I'm already somewhat skilled at redstone, but i'm certain this video will be useful to thousands of people. I hope you get your shot at fame, unless you don't want it, of course. But never give up!
Every second that i watch increases my IQ
My head is so big now im big boy i will make a 5BY5 PISTON DOOR
Edit i failed
@@GogoGaga7352 my brain is now 1140 times big
Good job
But you didn't mention the torch SI powering even though it is considered as a bug it is useful
Make a tutorial about target block piston doors
this is perfect
the resource pack you linked doesnt show the numbers on the redstone lines and I think that was super helpful, is that from a different one?
My numbers only work if I turn off all other resource packs
Why some of his blocks texture are different to mine?? And what is texture pack???
I have the Mcpe version of Minecraft
I was hoping to see more about flying machines and auto sorters because those are the only things I’m a bit rusty on..
Search my channel for flying machines, there’s on specifically on it
Nice
what texture pack are you using and is it on the minecraft marketplace?
The redstone texture pack is in the description, not sure how well it’s working right now though with recent updates I’ve been having issues.
Because we have a signal variant on the gold pressure plate I might be able to make a logical switch to count things more precisely for stores. i.e 3 times an item is 3 lines of redstone which can power a rail with minecart and hopper which then will dispense the item you purchased as to complete the if statement
I could place this after the comparator for the diamonds. i.e if it knows you are putting in diamonds then place set diamonds on gold pressure plate to count each item until it reaches the limit. The could prevent false positives which exist in existing shop designs.
existing shop designs only verify item type and placing in to many diamonds at once can throw them off
Nice!!
my teacher 👍👍👍👍👍👍
Adonis Taruc lol
Is the texture pack now outdated? This is my first ever I installed, so i don't know if it's me or the pack. Also, been going through your vids since I just staretd MC and they're super good. I already have a solid grasp of redstoning. Trying to learn command blocks as well
For some reason the most recent update has messed with a lot of texture packs 😲 welcome to our community though!
one question
Can you spit off blocks from a sticky piston like java?
Spit off? You mean bounce? You can to an extent but it’s not the same.
Its just the basics but i learned something it the end
How do I get the numbers on redstone dust? I can’t find the texture pack for it
That texture pack doesn’t work anymore unfortunately
