A few tips for his lunch Les! ❤ boil hot water and leave it in the thermo for about five minutes, it keeps the food hotter for longer. Also freeze his gogurt and by the time lunch hits it unfreezes and it’s cold cold. Good luck to your little one!

TiP: For the OMIE lunchbox boil water and pour into the thermos and leave for 5-10 minutes. Makes the food stay hot longer! Game changer!!

Warm up the thermo by putting boiling water in it and letting it sit there for 5 - 10 min then dump it and put the hot meal in

Love it!! Once your kids are both in school you will be up early. I’m up at 4:15am I workout at 5am and back at 6am… kids up by 6:45. I love my mornings. ❤👍💃🏽🙌

Two little tips. Boil water and put it in the thermos put the lid on for about 5 minutes when you’re ready if you’re putting dry food dry the water in the thermos. You should also get a lunch bag for him to put his lunch box in.

i literally followed you when you were pregnant with him and now he’s in school omg 😢
You need to prep the thermos. Add boiling water to the thermos for at least 20min (or more). Then, darin the water and then add the sopita, nuggets (for the nuggets, make sure to dry the thermos from the inside after yoy drain the boiling water and place a new dry napkin on the bottom then add the nuggets) or any other hot item. This will keep the food items hotter. Hope this helps
