This is often the case in Europe especially here in germany. They can write whatever they want in their ToS/EULA but unless it is ok with the law it is not useable.
For example what i often see in the US when a Platform would block an Account without any reason or a poor reason, it is SO easy to go to court and revert that block because that is not legal.
