A person has THE RIGHT to file charges so long as it's legit, a person has THE RIGHT to be represented by The D.A. A person has THE RIGHT to show THEIR evidence against the defendant, A person has THE RIGHT to attend court hearing, A person has THE RIGHT to request no contact orders/ protection orders, A person has THE RIGHT to testify against the defendant, A person has THE RIGHT to give impact statements. A person has THE RIGHT to ask the judge for the MAX, A person has THE RIGHT to attend parole hearings. A person has THE RIGHT to object to said parole.. Sounds like a lot of rights to me....

In the beginning of his sickening acts against Madeline, Jennifer may not have known. YOU CANNOT TELL ME that year, after year, after year, that this sicko was in her life, that she never suspected something. How ANY mother could let a man (who is not the child's father) sleep with her child, is beyond my comprehension. When a child is young and climbs into thier parents bed is one thing BUT allowing a man to climb into a child's bed is beyond despicable. I 🙏🙏🙏 that the police are getting thier ducks in a row and will arrest Jennifer very soon!!

I think Maddie stood up for herself when she became 13 and the monster realised and panicked because she was no longer under his control and could tell people what he had done to her for many years. Too much of a coincidence that he harmed her on her birthday. Obviously she felt she could not turn to her mother and family for help so very sad. RIP 🌹❤️

Another horrific statistic is how many women finally fight back and kill their ( and their children's) abusers and put in prison for what they can not prove was SELF DEFENSE.... so that thinking that we need to be our own first line of defense sort of doesn't always work either.
Right... LAWS do not prevent CRIMES... they only make them prosecutable after the fact... SO FEW PREVENTATIVE things Law Enforcement can do.
What is the answer ? I am at a loss...

She allowed this vile human garbage into her home and I am just going to say it- come on, she had to have sensed something was amiss, going on etc... This case is way to close to home for megiven that I grew up in the same circumstances and situation short of murder though, luckily. You are absolutely right. There was a huge research here in Canada to measure the possible success of chemical and physical castration. Results were that they just didn't work to stop these monsters
