Assalamualaikum if one thing I will advise if you are not mariage is for you to take your time and pray to Allah to give you a good spouse and he will ,may Allah protect you Ameen 🙂
Asalamu Alaykum, if you're comfortable with it, please can you make a video on how to pray according to sunnah. I've watched a lot of videos but they all differ. My mother is uneducated (only learns from what she was told by her mother and 1 aunt) and doesn't have a place to get the education. I've learnt how to pray from my mother not long ago but learnt from social media that a few things were wrong and were not according to sunnah. (she's learnt that men and woman pray different) however, Ive heard of a hadith where the Prophet (ﷺ) said to pray as we see him pray. But, as I mentioned, everyone seems to have a different ideas of the sunnah way of praying (sitting position etc ). If you're not comfortable doing so, please if you have the time recommend me a video with the correct information. It would be highly beneficial for newly practicing muslims and reverts. Jazakallah Khair. May Allah reward you for your intentions/efforts.
Brother, sunnah is not obligatory, except for some things. For example crossing your arms or reciting a surah after surah fatihah. Those things if people don't do, they're prayer is still valid. So, people praying differently doesn't mean 1 has it wrong, it's that they implemented some sunnahs and left others. The more, the better (if it's authentically linked to Mohammad SAW). I recommend the video of Sheikh 'Assim Al Hakeem, he goes really in depth, his video is about 50 minutes I think.
@@googleenjoyer1503 thank you. I want to implement as much sunnah as possible Insha’allah. It’s the feet placement that I am confused with but I will definitely watch the video. Jazakallah Khair. Allah humma barik
@@saliha.km7 Brither just stand naturally, during prayer we don't think about how our feet are placed, we think about what we are reciting. (atleast we do our best). You can look up about foot placement, maybe there is a sunnah or different opinions, but I take the opinion that it should be how stand you naturally. And Allah knows best.
@@saliha.km7 Islam is a religion which encourages critical thinking and knowledge is very important in our religion. That is why you will see difference in opinion among the scholars and that is completely fine and normal. This has been the case even with the sahabas, they would differ in certain matters and they were among the best of muslims. There isnt always a right or wrong answer in some cases, eg with salah, different schools of thoughts have slight differences which are all fine because they are all backed up by evidences from Quran and Sunnah and also by generations of prominent scholars. I would really suggest going to your local imam or a local sheikh whom you trust and the community also trusts and respects, for seeking knowledge and learning the ropes of the deen. That is how generations before us has been doing and so following islam was easy for them as they were only exposed to one scholars view. If you live far away, try getting in contact through email or mobile with them. But always make sure that the information you get is from scholars and people of knowledge, you should avoid taking rulings from normal people who no strong background in islamic studies.
