Probably because it doesn't exist and they only played it on their keyboards in their live sets, and it's PVD's choon, but still, I REALLY want it lol. Saw them live in 2004 at Amnesia Ibiza too. They were incredible.
No doubt they would of recorded these versions to play back and see how it sounds, so somewhere deep in ottovianis hard drive this is probably sitting there gathering dust. They likely would of did many recordings of a live version. Could try reaching out to him and asking for it?
