hello im missing bracket from my left bumper one do i need to take out the whole bumper or can i do the screw on the other side?

You do not need to remove the bumper for that however, it is easier if you remove the bumper.

what size the bolts please

The size of the bolt are 10mm head and the length is half of your pinky finger.
the OE Number are 07119905532, 07119902930, 07119901137, 07119903586 any would work for you.
