For rhotacism and lambdacism it just comes from the greek letters "rho" and "lambda" which I guess are the closest things we have to "r" and "l". It's not even on purpose, it's just adding the suffix "-cism" which means "to use incorrectly", so in other words, use rho/lambda incorrectly. How else would you describe it? letter-after-q-cism?
As for aibohphobia, it's not reeeally a word. It was just a response to a newspaper column challenge to invent a phobia.

@@grillbesteck6319 right, the real root word is “sesquipedalian” from “sesquipedalia verba” meant to describe long ass words. There’s no real term in the dsm5 to describe the phobia specifically, it’s just listed in a list of phobias. A poet in the year 2000 invented the absurdly long word for literary effect. Funnily, it is now occasionally used in the clinical sense, although more often sesquipedaliaphobia is used, although neither are _technically_ technical terms.
      Here’s this, too:
      *hippopotomonstrosesquipedaliophobia etymology*
From hippopotomonstrosesquipedalian, an extension of sesquipedalian with monstrum ‎(“monster”) and a truncated, misspelled form of hippopotamus, intended to exaggerate the length of the word itself and the idea of the size of the words being feared; combined with phobia.
      *Alternative forms*
_hippopotomonstrosesquippedaliophobia_ is arguably a common misspelling, perhaps on purpose, to make the word even longer, as most dictionaries consider one ‘P’ to be standard.
      *Vernacular*
Rarely used in the day to day, and it is unlikely that this 15-syllable contrivance is ever used purely for its meaning. The term sesquipedalophobia is recognized in formal writing, while the four-syllable phrase fear of long words is certainly worth considering as a more widely accepted yet far more boring option.
