I'm glad I could help! I've been having trouble regressing recently too but thats because it's such a super busy time of the year I think
I keep a stitch pop figure on my desk at work and drink out of a colour changing tumbler. They make me feel safe and keep me grounded. In my backpack I keep a bunch of sensory toys and dice. Dice are a big thing for me 🥰 they help me make choices when I can’t make them myself.
I thinking having dice with me would be too chaotic, being an avid dnd player I always want to roll for stuff haha
@@littlekittyspace8361 I mean I am also an avid dnd player haha but because I struggle to make choices, having a set on me really helps make those choices for me.
@@fluffy1152i know this comment is two years late, and I hope I'm not too late with a reply!😄 I'm actually really interested in that idea, I've never heard of that being used for age regression. Does each side of the dice have like a word on it? If you were to roll it, would it say, as an example;

i take my paci, jellycat and bluey figure to school with me in a pocket in my bag because im scared ill slip in school and i have before and i had no comfort items so i was on edge for the whole hour worried if anyone was going to notice but thankfully my girlfriend noticed and she had a fidget with her and she let me borrow it as she noticed i was in little space
Thank you for this video…. i have always had a more « child like » behavior and interesting and for a loooong time I felt like I needed to hide this part of me (childhood trauma). And i realized within the last year that I have moments where I do become little (usually at night when I’m alone). Yet it has always been a comfort to me to have things that are comforting to me with me. Within the last 2 years i’ve shown that a lot more and now i’m not afraid to bring a stuffie with me, and my bag is also very much like your and has a lot of cute things on it. I’m actually a SPED teacher and I found that since being more authentically myself I’ve managed to connect with my kids at school more (I also have autism and other disabilities). I’ve never found judgment in people since I started being honest and open about why I am this way. So it’s really cool to see that other people’s bags look similar to mine.
Not to sound grumpy or anything, but it seems so much easier for you girls! I've always got the feeling (though I really hope somebody will prove I am wrong!) that it's more socially accepted to be "childish" than it is among us boys - at least in a "cute" way if you know what I mean . Which is sad☹ Maybe that's why my ex said that I should have been born with a vagina instead🙂
Yeah that is true since in society's standards women are more "cute and femmine" but they are also more fetishized than men especially when they are more childlike which is very disgusting. That doesnt make boys who regress invald of course but not as "cute" I guess
I've been slipping more and more and more lately and its stressing me out for the classes I don't have my cg. Its scary but I survived.
No one knows I age regress but I got a backpack for school it came with 4 pins, I lost 2, it came with 2 bear Keychains one I use as a Keychain and the other goes in my clear pocket and my backpack is white, and I told my parents and grandparents I like the show bluey so for Christmas they are now gonna buy me bluey stuff, my mom has already given me 3 bluey sets because my younger brothers don't play with them, and I have lots of squishmallows and stuffies

Can i age regress forever?
If you talking about "once you regress you'd be like that forever/ you can't go back" that is not true. There will be triggers that can get you out of your little space. And there will be times when you have to be a 'big you' to solve, deal, and face life problems. I hope i made that clear and please correct me if i'm wrong for any age regressor who read my comment
