@JustCookingwiththeGuys I saw it on a different vid and thought I would pass it on! I haven't used my unit yet, but I am smoking some bacon Sunday and will be putting it through the slicer then. About 16-17 lbs. Should be a good test!
You should inform your viewers that VEVOR ( Chinese company ) does not not support their product after warranty, if for any reason such as normal ware and tear or in need to change a blade or one of your sharpening stone or any thing else, you will not be able to purchase them, you will have to purchase a brand new slicer... Think about it prior to purchase...
The bolt holding the sharpener unit will screw into the blade, which will help in taking the blade off, washing it and putting it back on.
