You people have no idea how much I love that Chael runs with the Suga state athletic commission 😂
You don't mess with the brass 😅
That is the one funny thing O’Malley has said. The Suga State Athletic Commission 😂
Chito beat Suga Sean… According to some athletic commissions 😂
@firstname7769 nah he's said plenty of funny shit. This is just the funniest
We need a shirt that says Suga State Athletic Commission (SSAC) lol
The champ said what we were all thinking
When your the greatest champion there’s ever been they don’t call you a great champion , they call you chael sonnen.
You damn right!
He ain't champ though
@@drugbustinhow dare you! You should be banished from the channel for talking in such a disrespectful manner.

Sean said he looks for the easiest fight that will make him the most money. He's said it in interviews many times.
right thats why he fought peter then aljo , the two best guys in the division .
It's hard to blame these guys on a personal level for that. They have a very risky, short career and need to make as much money as possible so they can retire after. A smart person will always take the path of least resistance to make as much money as possible.
Sean's record before the Aljo fight was 15-2. When he beat Aljo his record went to 18-0.
He only has one loss tho I didn’t know Chito beat him so bad he got a L twice lol.
@@1xXBCDXx1they may be referring to the pedro fight
@@Tres-K-47yeah but that wouldn't make sense because that wasn't a loss. Wasn't that an accidental eye poke?
15-1-1””””
He is 18-0. No losses. No draws. No “No Contests”. Undefeated, undisputed, never lost a round, same as his uncle Chael
He’s definitely not ducking fights when he’s calling out Chito. Chito may be the hardest guy to knock out in the division, how is Sean supposed to beat him without outlasting him over 5? That’s gonna be a crazy fight.
hes not going to beat him, which is why Chito already beat him. and it wasnt a leg kick, he elbowed his face. and the ref stopped the fight.
@@GonnaGetYouBoi He could beat him, which is 1. Why the fight is happening 2. Why we watch them and not listen to “GonnaGetYouBoi”.
Biased as hell for what? I didn’t say anything about the leg kick or GnP. Though it took Chito 2 minutes to finish Sean after Sean couldn’t even walk. Which was damage from a leg kick.
@@GonnaGetYouBoiI agree chito won but he didn’t get Sean to the ground himself, Sean rolled his ankle from the drop foot then was the result of a leg kick . Remember Sean had chito against the cage while on one foot and when he stepped back with the leg that had drop foot he rolled his ankle and fell to the mat
@@lazybread6920and how was the drop foot caused ...
Imagine thinking chito beats anyone in the top 5 by decision😂
" i would not do that I'd if kept the belt." 😂😂 Uncle Chael never lies
Chael lies a lot he's a UFC paid shill
We're having that conversation because Sean said "when I become champion I'll look for the easiest guy I can face, because this is my business and I'm chasing that paper" he was the one to say it, and isn't afraid of saying that. In which I agree
He not a coward for that. He smart for that. No cowards are fighting in the UFC
Sean is absolutely picking his easiest fight, which is exactly what Chael claims he should be doing. His willingness to take tough matchups in order to get the belt is different than his willingness to do so once he has the belt. Once champs have the belt they often want to fight less, take easier fights, coast a bit and hold the belt hostage.
Or, or... And hear me out here, he has one loss on his resume that he wants to redeem?
@@suckieduckieor there’s a reason for a ranking system and a #6 contender who just had a boring decision with a #10 Munoz is not a good idea. I’m a big suga fan and have his dab rig but it’s clear as day he wants the easier fight and to me that will stain his legacy.
@@scubasteve4053 it certainly doesn't stain his legacy. Avenging a loss really cannot stain your legacy. If this was 10 years later and Chito was coming out retirement maybe.. but it's not.
@@scubasteve4053didn't stain Adesanya legacy
Easiest fight? He got beat by chito tho
How far does that go though? Does that mean if Paul Craig got that opportunity and beat Jamahal, then does that last person that beat Paul Craig then get the next title shot?
And Paul Craig is at 185 and looked f’n jacked and looked really good last fight
If Craig calls for it, maybe ....
“Chito beat the world champ according to some athletic commissions” I love that!! Not to the suga commission. It’s the only one to dispute that loss and non-sanctioned but hell it matters!!! Well said bad guy!!
Honesty is refreshing
Hill is underrated weird as it sounds
I disagree. He’s overrated.
Very average fighter, gonna go on a losing streak. He won’t beat Ankalaev, Blachowicz, Pereira or Prochazka. 🤷♂️

I totally understand why O'malley is doing the Chito fight. Everyone else is healing from a injury or surgery.. He wants to stay active. He will face the rest. It will be exciting to see O'malley vs Cory/Henry/Merab/Rob Font/Petr Yan 2/Aljo 2 etc. All of these will be entertaining match ups
Nice of chael to shout out the champ ❤
Damn I’ve been saying this all along. Casuals like to sleep on chito. It’s disrespectful to just act like he’s the easy fight. Thank you for saying this!
And I've been saying all along that Chito is easy fight for Sean..one of us was right 😊
Great piece 👏
WHAT BRAND ARE CHAELS SHOES? I can’t find them anywhere
The champ didn't give up the belt due to being hurt. His shoulder was fine. He's serving a USADA suspension. USADA doesn't disclose it anymore. He was tested like 37 times in 40 days. Which means by now he should have been honored for 50 clean tests... which he hadnt.
Which champ? Jiri or Jamahal?
No one can believe that Chito is an easy fight for Sean..... Obviously because Chito beat him but he's also a bad matchup for him. His leg kicks are better than Seans, He's an elite striker who hits harder and has never been stopped. It reminds me of Izzy vs Alex P. I think Chito stops Sean again.
Nah Sean finishes him and I’ll be back here in December to tell you I told you so
@@noflvcko734 I can't wait :P For the record, I think it'll be an awesome fight.
chito is far from a superior striker. Slow starter, focuses on counters which won’t work well against someone as good at stand up as sean. No offensive striking and his kicks aren’t anywhere near as good as you act like they are. O’malley is way more well rounded as a striker, chito’s only chance is to survive and go the distance to tire sean out
Chito was an easy fight for Sean...casual's take exposed
@@noflvcko734 time to come back
Chael saved this fight. Good company man. Thanks for the context Chael because I was not excited for this fight but now I see it.
Nobody questioned it when Frankie Edgar chose to defend his new title by fighting Gray Maynard. Nor should they have. Frankie Edgar had a loss to address. He addressed it. That's how this works.
Those were great fights .
This! O'Malley is trying to negate the loss
Skill gap wasnt comparable, imo
I thought Yan beat O'Malley which was the only reason he got the title fight. Meanwhile Merab stomped Yan and Sandhagen shutout Chito. So I don't think it's unreasonable to say Merab and Sandhagen deserve title shots ahead of Chito.
Aren’t both injured? Just have Sean wait a year for them to get healthy?
The new UFC... Where winning isn't everything. Sean is trying to pick easy fights and coming off a loss getting a title shot means I won't be buying the next 10 ppv's. Never said I wouldn't watch them, just not buy them
@@butterbean2257 Yeah I think they're both injured but Idk if Sean will realistically be able to defend this year with everyone wanting the December card. Then maybe one of them will heal up by the time the title fight comes around.
Pretty sure Merab isn't injured

I want the Sean o malley basketball celebration in every fight. Looked so cool
I would love a mini series where Chael discusses his GOAT for each division.
If chael could cut to 125 he would become the ultimate goat
I second this
Bisping got nothing for it bc Silva was on the downhill & Bisping was also KOed at the buzzer. SOM is getting the rep bc of how Aljo won to begin with, plus he got TJ, who was past his prime and out for two years, and CCC who was past his prime and retired for three years.
He was knocked down, not out. Big difference there.

Chito deserves the shot. He's done a lot of heavy lifting to earn his spot. That fight is always going to linger as a criticism on Sean's record so he's compelled to get it back to silence the doubters. Had Chito lost to Pedro, it would've been weird for Sean to call him out as the next contender, but you can't say he's an easier matchup, that's wildly disrespectful to what he's accomplished.
He only has a ONE WIN streak! HELL NO, he doesn’t deserve it. Two more wins.
I like how you threw 91 days in there as on off handed comment and that magically lines up with the December card, that was perfect!
Are you going live tonight, Uncle Chael? Who is on the post show tonight?
I want that Chito fight to happen. I have ever since he mentioned it before the fight. It'll be good to see him get that one back.
Undefeated on the mic even to this day, that's a great perspective in regards to chito
Sean and Chito are friends. I don’t know if anybody remembers but before Sean‘s second to last fight when he realized that Chito was on the card in the middle of the press conference he got all excited and said hey what’s up Chito.💪
Sean O admitted that he ducked Algo originally. He said Henry was a easier fight. Sean always talks about he turns down fights because of money. I’m glad Jamal responded to this BS.
Bisping Silva should be every Brits favourite fight of all time .
Taking that beating without a mouth piece and coming back to barely scrape a decision was so badass by Mike
Just looked into chito's ufc sheet... Did you know the guy was never stopped (at least in his ufc career). His losses all came from decisions, which implies full 3 or 5 round fight against what the judges thought was a better opponent. Yet those better opponents never got to him. Him being a pretty solid fighter, I wonder if he would be able to withstand and/or evade O'Malley's striking, for a whole 5 round fight. I believe this is where he would manage to shine, through continuous technical domination and a good defense. Chito doesn't need to take all the way down O'Malley, he needs to make him miss, play positions for the middle and on the cage, as a way to show a better control of the fight. We saw yan go through Sean with a busted open eyebrow and still hitting takedowns and counters at the end of round 3. Malon went for 4 or 5 rounds in three of his last fights, O'Malley never did... He does deserve a title shot, he is the hardest oponent for o'malley and no I don't think we should have taken out merab as fast from the title fight discussion, sean isn't izzy
Izzy is no longer the champ! Just had to say it because the 185lb division has a champion and his name is Sean Strickland!!!

Just here to let you know that Sean was never champ material and he got lucky Izzy never showed up...go cope.@@RonniePTexan
I like how Chael buys in to other fighters' schticks, a true master of kayfabe
I do want to see O'Malley vs Chito 2 the most. However when Sean was building it up before fighting Aljo, I did think about what you said about wanting the easiest guy for the most money and how MMA doesn't have competitive architecture. I don't mean to insult Chito, Bantamweight is just stacked imo. Also I want to see more Merab after that clinic he put on against Yan.
Merab walks forward even more recklessly than aljo? And has horrible strike defense? It worked against yan cause he's tiny and has to wait for him to get in tight. If merab can't keep omalley down he probably gets dropped the same way. And I thought aljo was gonna smash sean as much as I like him
Merab attempted 49 takedowns and caused no damage, all he did was tire Peter Yan out. He should be kicked off the UFC and go back to just wrestling lol
L take. Merab knows he’s aljos bitch everyday in the gym. He can just sit and watch for a while longer. Chito has the only win over Sean.
I like that fight and Sean wants it. He calls the shots he wants to avenge that one before he moves on. Chito is a typical dark horse. Reminds me of Charles Oliveria. Has some losses sure but all of his wins are stoppages. That kind of guy is interesting and scary. He's one of those guys you really believe doesn't give a damn.
Chael Sonnen is the most consistent person on UA-cam at posting videos
Sean's not ducking fights. We only got a glimpse of his take down defense (which was amazing) and we saw little to none of his wrestling against Aljo. People judge his wrestling way too hard off the Yan fight. They didn't plan for the wrestling... Tim and Sean are way smarter than people think though so any of those guys they go up against that they know are gonna wrestle they are gonna be well prepared for. I think its gonna be the Suga era for a while unless he does the boxing thing or someone like Chito gets lucky again.
Hard to say because he hasn’t fought a wrestler yet. It would be interesting to see how he would deal with a guy like CCC or Ricky Simon. I suppose we’ll find out but so far he’s done better than most people thought he would.
Aljo had no entry due to lack of striking, Yan went 6/13 on TDs against O Malley despite all the fence and inside the glove grabbing Herzog let go. What do you think Umar would do?
Ty Chael for always keeping it a buck 🙌🏾👏🏾
Jamahal Hill responded to you in his page Chael
4:28 “NARRICTIVE”??? 😂😂😂
Chael never fails to pronounce words in the funniest ways possible
Sounds like he said narrative to me 🙄 and I'm on LSD
No matter who Sean picks, it will be the wrong decision and he will be judged for it. This is the problem with the current era of MMA where champions get to pick their next opponent. Especially when it's a new champion who hasnt even defended yet. You'll get the fight you want, but tons of fans wont respect you for it and rightfully so.
It's made the sport worse. You find a fighter you like, you support them, buy a t shirt and a ppv when they fight, see them go on a good streak and get excited to see them in there with a champion. Then the champion doesnt wanna fight them for reason XYZ. It's a dumb system.
Kinda like aljo refusing to fight Merab? Yea I agree it’s dumb as shit, or how all the African fighters refuse to fight eachother, but with picking fights it does make some sense as the backstory is what sells fights and if u have a good backstory like with chito and Sean it’s gonna sell a lot more ppv’s then merab would as he’s boring and doesn’t promote the fight at all
Chael is the lead train on the track to defending the UFC super star and keep them protected from controversy.
That's why Suga is running from Henry, he don't want a hard fight
🤣
Bro... foreal? Literally has a chance to be the fastest knockout out ever if the fight. Suga is definitely not running from him he simply doesn't deserve it right now.
Just dogs barking behind a fence
That reminds me of Rich Franklin who said the same thing. He said he couldn't play basketball but I can fight.
Well said Uncle C
The only real issue with making a case for Chito is that he recently loss to someone else who is fighting for the #1 contender spot. Other than that there’s no reason no to make O’Malley vs Vera 2. It’s a fun fight with a good backstory. Plus the UFC knows that Merab and Umar are looming so they need to milk Sean while he’s a cash cow.
Merab turned title fight down…
Suga literally said on a podcast he's fighting Chito because he's the easiest fight for him
I love how Chael always acknowledges the suga state athletic commission
The only person who matters if Chael the Chinese supplement taking Sonnen words.word
Nah chael. People actually wanna see Corey but we know he's on the shelf right now. They also wanna see merab, Yan, aljo cejudo and then maybe chito. You don't have the pulse on this. Chito is number 6. He hasn't beaten anyone in the top 5 and Sean hasn't fought the majority of the top 5. But sure. We should be worried about disrespect to chito even though you know #6 doesn't get that shot ever in any division unless the top 5 can't do it. That's not the case here. Bad optics.
Not to forget, Chito coming off a loss getting a titleshot is BULLSHIT
@@gcoffey223chito won the same night Sean became champion. Merab is the only one in the top 5 that says he can fight in December. Suga state athletic commission is CRAZYYYYYYY 😂
Many also shit on Bisping's first title defense was against #13 185lb ranked fighter Dan Henderson who was 2-3 in his previous 5 before the title fight. I feel the champ should get to pick any ranked fighter in their division for their first defense
and the only fight bisbing made money on was the gsp fight
Thats a good shout to be fair then after that go off available best contenders, be a good way to keep divisions fresh i hate the immediate rematches
@@donniedoesdishes So you're trying to say that Bisping lost money or broke even in the rematch to Henderson? I highly doubt that. I know that PPV buys were around 290,000 but being the champ even if he got the lower end of buy out points of 2 that would mean Bisping made over half a million just based on buy rate and then it's his fight price, win price and then there was a fight of the night bonus. So that's basically a million dollars. Yes, I know fight camp, manager and taxes. But he wasn't going to need to pay more or even of a million dollars.
i know for a fact , because bisbing told me and everyone in his live chat, second of all 290 ppv buys is absolute garbage sales, viewers choice dont start making money until 250k have been sold , it shocks me on how many people believe the hows cost nothing to put on@@randybradley4151

People really don't understand how good Chito is. I also didn't know how good Chito was until I watched his fight with Dominic Cruz. Anyone who beats Dominic Cruz has achieved an extraordinary accomplishment. Also, his win over Sean is no fluke.
Sean didn't show courage by taking on Yan. Yan displayed major courage by giving Sean a shot. Now Sean fighting chito next is bold. He loses that fight and you can flush his legacy. Back of the line.. if I'm chito I tell everyone that story is over and I won't fight him a 3rd time

When he was in front of Merab, he said to Merab's face that him or Aljo deserved it.
Matchup wise Aljo was, ON PAPER, Sugas hardest fight. That should be more then enough to give Sean his props imo. He beat a goat in the second rd, may it be an early stoppage or not, he won 🤷🏽♂️. He’s a money grab so he can pick who he wants, people think to deep into this lol

I'm not trying to take anything away from Jamal, but he didn't really have a choice but to honourably give up the belt considering how he talked about Jiri doing it before him and how honourable and respectful that action was. I respect them both but Jiri did set the precedent.
Chael did you not see Chito get beat up by Cory for 25 minutes?
