    hi there a need a replica vin tag for my rd50 resto ,, do you have a pic of yours ?? with numbers blocked out obviously so i know what to have made thanks

    That’s why you need to have the two stroke oil pump working mate so it can always oil the crank brings and big end to mate because a lot of it burns off with out it oil it up

      The fuel is premixed so it definitely gets its lubrication. I actually mix in a little bit extra than the pump would

      @@VintageGarageYT mate trust me please then the engine would last long time if everything working as it should mate and if it is over oil then smoke like mad the bike would or not start mate premix like you do yes some parts do you get the right oil or not enough when petrol bin in the bike for days it seems to settle like that oil 2/oil goes to the bottom of the petrol after day or so mate on a pre-mix mate think on this mate please and thank you mate to and if we see a bike smoke a bit all good because parts are being oilled up when running but if no smoke to see then no two stroke oil there at the time of running it
      No smoke out of the exhaust then bad in me book ? Lol because damage can be done rebuild new crank bearings big end bearings little bearings to stop more rebuild s make shure every thing works because it’s all there on the bike for a reson mate to make it work all day long lol after let them cool down because of air cooled to lol 😂

      @@vivianbond7449 My FS1 has been running for a couple of years now without oil pomp and all my other bikes dont even have an oil pump. Havent had much issues with oiling when premixing. This engine was bad before I started the restoration. I had no information or history on it. The startups on the videos are probably the first time the engine ran again in 20years so 🤷

      Haha yeah. Mazda actually advises it! And there is a saying: a redline a day, keeps the rebuild away. 🤣

    People called Firefox can redo the barrol to there on eBay to mate

      Cylinder has been recoated with nicasil 👌

      @@VintageGarageYT mate what size jet is in the carburettor to because you can get all different sizes have you just got standard in there mate and tune up from the flue and air screw at hi revs mate because you can here how the engine will run it screams up or it’s choking itself to get there if things aren’t set up properly you can here it mate and turn tick over screw outwards to tick over very calmly then to when let of the revs mate

      @@VintageGarageYT my bike s where fast as ffffk plus good on flue to mate and sold every one of them to mate lol good old bikes rd50 to rd 80 to the Dt50 to mate and the DT80 to let not leve that one out mate lol

      @@vivianbond7449 Not sure what the jetting is right now. I havent changed anything yet, so I think stock will be in. I have a set of jets and will be checking everything once I get it running again

      Rd50M pistons are commen, but original DX pistons are pretty hard to find. Ive managed to modify an M piston to use with the DX now

    I call that little end bring and cheack for up nd down play to mate and cheack the con rod to for worn out on little end bit and cheack big end to mate
