One thing that deeply touched my heart is , Sh.Abdullah oduro said a dua that he asked on Arafah and it came true wallahi I'm telling that's exactly i was asking Allah and I'm still asking Him . I really wanted to become a hafidha and I wanted to study in an Islamic university. Actually I was asking Allah to allow me to study in Madina university but then someone told me that only males study there so I'm asking Him to allow me to study in any Islamic university that is best for me . insha'Allah I have hope that Allah will answer my dua any of the ways that Sh.Abdullah oduro mentioned. Remember these "bf"/"gf" are temporary but the scale on the day of Judgement will effect you forever. 💚 Start doing: 📿1.Daily prayers salats/namaz, 📿2. Daily Dhikr (for example: Allah Akbar, Subhanallah), 📿3. Send salawat (salawat means greeting) to the Prophet Mohammad (saw) => Allahumma salli ala Muhammad wa ala aali Muhammad, 📿4. Reading Quran, understanding and following it, 📿5. Be nice to your parents, talk to them softly, 📿6. Help your mother with the household, carry big shopping bags for her, tell her "Thank you" for cleaning the house, tell her "Delicious" for the food he cooked, 📿7.Feed the poor if you can, 📿8. Feed street animals or pigeans in the park or collect rubbish from the parks or beaches and bin them, 📿9. Help your neighbour or help a child with homework, 📿10. Bake a cake and give a portion of it to your neighbour, especially if they are poorer than you or they are elderly

Usthad, when do we fast on Dhul Hijaah 9 in our place or on the day it's Arafaah in Mecca. Lot of people with lot of opinions. Would be very helpful if you can clear this.
You can fast(Arafah) on Friday only, there's no problem in that because you didn't single out friday to fast rather the day of Arafat happened to fall on Friday...and Allah knows best
