You wanna visit Harrison's Cave, The Scotland District, the Concorde Museum, The Jewish Synagogue in Bridgetown, Pelican Village, Oistins on Friday Nights, Holetown (First Street, it's a vibe!). You also wanna visit during Crop Over (June to early August). We have fantastic Beaches (Brown's Beach is my favourite), museums and restaurants, opportunities for hiking, snorkeling, sporting events esp. cricket, and road tennis.
Prime Minister Mia Mottely is very popular internationally.

I love the delicious foods, for example their flying fish.
Hi guys love your channel. Unfortunately this is a dated video and it really doesn't go into detail of our beautiful island and it's rich heritage. For instance we have one the oldest Jewish ceremonial baths in the western hemisphere. Our famous Harrisons cave with its crystal clear waters and crystal formations. Bridgetown and it's Garrison is a UNESCO world heritage site. Coucou is actually like fufu from Africa and is made with corn meal. Deliciousness. The fish on our coat of arms is the Mahi Mahi which we locally call dolphin. As of recently also we are no longer a commonwealth state but a democratic parliamentary Republic with a daughter of the soil as president and our first female prime minister
There is so much to do. Our white and golden sand beaches are breathtaking. So much more.

3:00 yes it is technically not part of the Caribbean. A lot of Bajans know this but don't know this. As in we know that we are outside of the island chain but for some reason many still think the west coast is in the Caribbean sea

4:05 no you can't. That will take you a good few hours or half a day off you make stops. Remember it's not a straight stretch of freeway.
5:20 this isn't true. We are kind of at the edge, most hurricanes either go north and/or really strength after they pass us so we do hardly get direct hits but we are too close to ignore hurricanes.

It's a natural to start brewing rum when you're already growing sugar cane. The Aussies are well aware of that, one our favourite rums comes from the town of Bundaberg (Bundy), Queensland. They have two major crops in that area sugar cane and ginger. There are two companies that produce some of our favourite drinks. Bundaberg Rum 🥃 commonly known as either "Bundy Rum" or just plain "Bundy". The Bundaberg Softdrink (soda) Company makes brewed softdrinks with less acid and cane sugar. Corn Syrup isn't a thing over here. They use fresh fruits and ginger in their drinks. Both Bundy Rum and Softdrinks have become very popular internationally in recent times. You can buy a 12 pack of Bundaberg Ginger Beer at your Costcos for $16. Don't knock it until you've tried it, don't worry it won't burn your throat.
My daughter brought me a bottle of Bunderberg rum,and it was not one of the best.
