- Both Brendon and I enjoy the art of Rongoa or Māori healing as a way of staying well and to maintain our ancestral connections through traditional Māori practices. We've both been blessed with many gifted mentors who continue to share their knowledge so that together we can all be well.
Kia Ora, please can you teach me a basic karakia for asking permission to go onto the land and take the rongoa and give thanks for it?
