Great video! i just happened to bump into it. I've been trying to figure out how to get started and this video is going to help me immensely. I'll be watching it again as well as joining the FB group. Thanks!
Hi Thank you for sharing. I have been doing art now for 10 years. I am ready to start selling. I am in my 50s and technology is always an issue for me. Even though I am an educated person, I have always been intimidated and had difficulty understanding simple Computer stuff. I had made a fb art page, but had no idea how to navigate it. My question is the following. Do I need a web art page as well or can I just make an art page. Also, should this fb art page be linked to my personal fb account. I have been sharing a bit on my fb, but I do not have a large number of friends and this way will not help me sell art. I do art and portraits in various artist pencils, acrylic paintings and will start oils again. I do have some pieces that I could put on sale there. So Ya, coming from an old dinosaure, any suggestions would be extremely helpful.. I loved how you did this tutorial and want to thank you for having taken the time to help others.. FYI I live in Canada
Thank you! I was wondering what else I could do to sell stuff on Facebook. Especially now that Etsy has initiated their new policy about encouraging “free shipping,” etc.
How can we make our art look that professional? I've tried hanging. Added a black background. Added tripod and lighting and even tried mock painting scene none looked good let alone professional.
Great info. Just a question about fb.... I have a page that I used for my photography sales, can I change it to my artwork page? Can I change the name of the page? I can't seem to find it on the "Settings" page.
Hi MMG, I just became a subscriber about a month ago and found this video.... do you feel this is still relevant or are there new additions to setting up a FB page for strictly selling the art? Just curious, but this was very educational Thank you for sharing
I've been pulling my hair out over setting this up for weeks now. My daughter helped me set up a group page but I'm not sure that is what I want. Now I don't know how to just get a sleight up Face Book page with my name and my stuff. I've tried myself bur ended up going to a ecomerce page with tax id numbers and all that stuff. It look very involved. I just want to sell some stuff to pay for supplies. If I start making a lot of money HaHa I will worry about that them. Can you help. Right know I'n on the page that has me in a group
Thanks so much, this is just what I’ve been looking for!
Thanks! This was very interesting. I never knew we could run auctions like this on Facebook. You now have a new subscriber.

Definitely still relevant :)
How's this selling when it's free once u put it out?
I wanna be able to charge people to view my drawings
Do you have to have a business license to set up a Facebook shop?
Do you know how to sell digital art and how that all works?
So once you move that image to the auction page, does it take it out of the for sale album?
Great question! Yes it does :) You can also simply upload it again into the auction album if you don't want to move it from the original album.
Do you have to pay for the Facebook page to be set up or is it free?
Free :)

Here's a video on how to create a Facebook page (you need a page, not a group) ua-cam.com/video/fbo1Nu7ppbo/v-deo.html
Your jewellery is misspelt, l realise it’s a fake page simply pointing out spelling is important when it comes to searching a certain product.
Where is it misspelt?
It's far away your camera, good video wish could be close to see it
awesome video!! thank you!!
This is awesome! Thank you!
