How to edit record forms add properties, conditional logic and associations

Are you struggling to customize your record forms to meet your specific needs? Want to quickly add new properties, conditional logic, and associations without the hassle?
Let’s walk through how to easily edit your record forms in HubSpot to suit your workflow.
1. In your HubSpot account, go to Settings in the top navigation bar.
2. Scroll down to Objects and choose the object you want to edit.
3. Under Creating Contacts, click on Customize the ‘Create’ form.
4. To add properties, click on Add Properties and select the ones you need.
5. To add associations, click on Add Associations and choose the appropriate options.
6. For conditional logic, click on Add Conditional Logic. A new window will appear where you can fill in the required fields and add dependent properties.
7. Once finished, click on Apply Logic in the top left corner and hit Save to finalize the changes.
To make a property/association mandatory:
1. Hover over the property/association you want to make mandatory.
2. Select the required icon to ensure users cannot skip over it.
To delete a property/association:
1. Hover over the property/association and click the delete icon to remove it from the form.
