Yeah, You can swap the grip simply by taking out the m6 bolt in the handle and swapping for the buttstock. some Remington stocks will fit but sometimes they require some minor modification (2:14). You can also buy one with a buttstock pre installed. Thanks!
Two quick questions. Is it normal that where the action/cradle bars run past the securing block into the receiver very small metal cuttings come out after "pumping" a few times? (brand new 870MK3 here) And on the box of mine there was a sticker saying "don't dryfire or the bold will break prematurely" Do you have any issues with that?
No, that's not normal. I have had very little wear there. if the wear is on the inside of the bars then you may have an issue with the mounting of the mag tube cradle or the ejection arms. If its on the outside it could be a bad fit on the cradle arms to the receiver. If you can go back to where you purchased it I would try exchanging it. The only notable wear I have had is on the bolt face, other than that its been just normal general wear on the externals. I haven't had any issues with my bolt breaking yet, but I do rarely dry fire (airsoft or real steel) as in general its not a good idea. I hope this helps
@@SandwichAirsoft Thanks yes that helps. A second opinion is always very welcome. I already ordered the reinforced steel mag tube cradle, hope that helps. (+the ton of grease i put there😂)
Is this disassembly the same for APS CAM MkIIIC Classic Shell-Ejecting CO2 Shotgun? How do you lubricate it so when I pump it, it's smoother? Which area needs to be lubricated?
Yes. They all disassemble mostly in the same way. it depends on where the action is sticking, but grease the inside of the action/receiver and lightly on the bottom of the bolt. I also lightly grease the arms at the receiver. if its really stiff make sure that no BBS ended up inside the action. that sometimes happens when a shell misfires. the Bars are effectively the rails for the bolt so most of your friction will be in those channels inside the receiver. I hope this helps but if you need more let me know :)
Good video! Was curious if you could remove the pistol grip as I wanted to put a full stock on this model. Hopefully ordering soon!

Your video helps a lot.
Awesome. Thank you!
