I've been trying to hard to get a feel for the Ajudicator, but I just always run out of ammo at the wrong time. But this build has started to become my go to Bug build (Sometimes swapping the slugger for the crossbow or eruptor, and picking the Bushwhacker if i pick one of them) Supply pack supremacy!

Ajudicator is meant for the bots

It's not you, it's the gun. The adjudicator is legitimately bad, even on the bot front. It two taps devastator heads, but has massive recoil. And it tears off their legs... but less efficiently than like tenderizer or DCS or heaven forbid dominator.
It needs a serious recoil change or a durable damage buff if it's going to angle for "strong bot weapon". If it had extremely high durable damage you could kill gunships and heatsinks with it efficiently. As of now, the only primaries that can seriously damage gunships are scorcher (all plasma weapons have an ap3 explosion that deals either 100 or 150 damage), Dominator (it does a good amount of Explosive damage, which counts as Durable damage, though the projectiles are hard to hit with), and Eruptor (but good luck landing hits with random gunship movement, not even the best players use it for this reason).

It’s such a shame the slugger got a nerf to make it feel the way it does. You’d think a slug round would just slap holes through bugs but 4 shots to get a brood commander just takes all sense of power away from it.

Wow, using the slugger that should stagger, the brood commander eats rounds and ignores stagger and is spamming the bug breach call...yikes, that just looks horrible.
