This is a nice affordable house. Personally, I would like a little more space, but its a beautiful home. Well done! I guess, if this house was done with interlocking bricks, you could get more space for the same money or less. I maybe wrong!

@@aberba Bricks has its own properties as well as advantages and it's disadvantages. There are a lot of factors that will make one building material suitable over the other.

Great work Ishmael and glad to see you installed the Solar system yourself. About the Solar heater, beside the 150 liter tank, do you still need to have another separate Polytank to store hot water?
What capacity of solar heater would you recommend for a 5 bedroom house? Lastly, considering Ghana been hot/ summer temperature all year round do you see it useful/ economical to fit a house with either a water heater(boiler) or solar heaters?
Thank you. You don't need a separate tank to store the hot water as it is stored in the thermal tank. For a 5 bedroom house, a 200 liters or anything above will be fine. The solar water heater is very useful and economical as compared to electricity powered water heaters.

They are not so far away for any of that, however i have a plan for the 1 bedroom which i will be sharing on the channel soon when everything is ready.

There's a shower curtain that separates the shower area from the rest of the washroom so you won't have water splashing everywhere
So with the solar panels u have light 24/7 ? No issues with ECG ? 🤣😁😁😁
The solar system comprises of batteries, panels, inverter and accessories so the entire solution produces electricity for 24hours. Complete off-grid
