So I like the family part of your business. I like food and history. (was supposed to be history teacher) Love your food episodes, its so fun to see how you make swedish classic and put an american touch on them. Keep on doing what your are doing its great.
You should interview Connie Boshka Sena who has organized and presented the Island's Scandinavian Fest for many, many years. Her daughter Kari Sena Gordon handles that annual fest now.
