Thanks for describing WIS-CO, the Washington ISland COffee shop in this episode. My husband and I are the owners. Glad you had a wonderful experience. We are open year round, just check as we scale back our hours heading into fall and winter.

Interview Phil from the beer garden. My favorite bartender out there, he’s awesome!

Haha No im not famous or a chef. (worked 1 summer but I dont count that) Our family had business in Sweden for 18 years. Café, smooked fish and icecream shops. So I like the family part of your business. I like food and history. (was supposed to be history teacher) Love your food episodes, its so fun to see how you make swedish classic and put an american touch on them. Keep on doing what your are doing its great.

You should interview Connie Boshka Sena who has organized and presented the Island's Scandinavian Fest for many, many years. Her daughter Kari Sena Gordon handles that annual fest now. They both live on the Island. I think Connie is close to 90, so the sooner you get there the better. Regards, Willie Engelson, Pinehurst, NC of the Engelson Sunset Resort dynasty.

Suggestion of others to interview: owners of Fuzzies, the drivein movie theater, thumb fun, not licked yet, and Gary Weber in fish creek. Thanks
