1948 U.S. Open Highlights

Riviera Country Club became known as “Hogan’s Alley” after Ben Hogan’s two-stroke win over Jimmy Demaret. In a span of 16 months, Hogan won two Los Angeles Opens and a U.S. Open on the Southern California layout.
