That's my husband's way. Make sure you use ceramic or glass and not plastic container when warming for 5 minutes. You'll end up frying the plastic too, which is not good for your health.
Mom's 🇭🇹 so the food sit on water inside the a pan on the stove. We don't do microwave even tho we have it. A 1min microwave meal will be done in 15mins or more.
