When Dionne & Glen sing a duet, the result is always magical!

Burt Bacharach vs. Jimmy Webb through their proxies. Gnarly 🎶❤️
Awesome duo!! Their voices blended so well. Too bad they didn't capitalize on that. What a great loss. Rest in Heavenly peace Mr. Glen Travis Campbell (1936-2017)!
Indeed.
I LOVE THIS VERSION BY DIONNE AND GLENN. IT'S MAGNIFICENTLY BEAUTIFUL.
As Close to Pure, as Pure can be!!!
This was before mashup’s even took place. You have a blend of say a little prayer, and by the time I get to Phoenix.
What a wonderful lady... Love her voice and style, phrasing.....big fan from Bangalore, India🇮🇳
I see these two doing duets everywhere on YOU TUBE and they are all great to hear! This one especially as these two songs worked together very well! It's funny how I don't remember them singing together either.
Just beautiful
Two great artists
The best of the greats
Wow, just wow!!!
In 2023 we have absolutely nothing like this for entertainment. Two incredible stars.
They did a similar duet in Feb 1970, on the Glen Campbell Goodtime Hour.
Beautiful!
Nice. The Anne Murray duet is so very beautiful, two fantastic vocalists... don't know if Warwick version was ever on record.
RIP Glenn Campbell 😎
I saw an Anne Murray interview in which she said she felt uncomfortable doing this, because Glen and Dionne did it live in a show prior to Glen wanting to put it on the duet album with Anne. Anne felt it was Dionne's. Really glad to have found this! I love both Anne and Dionne too much to reduce either one by comparing. Glad I can just enjoy both versions.
And respectively, Dionne ended up recording a very majestic version of the duet on her live album with Isaac Hayes.
So pretty
They remind of my youth ,, Glenn and I share a birthday as well ,, love them both !!
PURE TALENT
Magic
Who was the genius who put these songs together? So amazing
lsd2772 ...Dionne Warwick and Glen Campbell were awesome together. Their sound was amazing. And these two songs really complement one another -- he's leaving her and she's praying for his well-being. What a loss that they didn't do a duets album! Rest in Heavenly peace Mr. Campbell.
This was done years before by Dionne and Isaac Hayes.
she's cute with the handsome Glen Campbell
I didnt know this existed
Tempo here is slower than other recordings of them singing this duet, so perhaps try Playback Speed 1.25
dos grandes de todos los tiempos siempre dentro de uno
Guauuuuu
この二人、グレートです
BOTH songs are unforgettable classics on their own, but I hate when they do a Mash Up.
The number 12 on her outfit represents her birth month and birt date. She has planned much of her goings and comings on astrology and superstition. This partly explains the inconsistencies and errata in her business and professional choices and negative results. The confusion is further compounded with her still claiming to trust in Jesus Chrost.
We delight in the music all the same
