RVG, these videos are awesome. Love the old stuff. I used to fly skydivers in Waycross in 95. I used to watch the trains from the sky. The exhaust that came out of the engines back then was crazy. Oh and the open windows on the engines. I never realized I drove through Folkston back to Gainesville every Sunday night. Great work!
I love these old csx videos please make more
Just ran across this. Great historical CSX scenes. Thanks so much. Very enjoyable.

13:22 ABSOLUTELY AMAZING K5LA!
I really missed the Cabooses a lot in the 1990s.
This was some cool catches from the vault! Enjoy watching Greg.
Nice catches from a blast to the past! Really enjoyed watching this video

This video is epic .... Thanks
Back when horns sounded good.
5:38, Wait... So this video is showing that there used to be NO highway bridge over the turnout at Folkston?
Correct. I’m not sure what year it was built. I forget.
At 35:30, the humber is 5580.
GReat action
does the depot in waycross still exist ?
Yes it is the Chamber of Commerce and Visitors Center.
The Ole Chessie System!
13:38 I'm surprised that's a former Reading unit. My first thought was MKT, but it is a darker green.
All the GP39-2's on CSX were originally Reading, then D&H.
This was back when the Fitzgerald Sub used to go through a section of town and then tie into the Jesup Sub
Best of CSX
