It doesn't work like that! Your bike will be running lean, and it will gradually damage the engine. Also, the amount of air should vary based upon throttle response ( not constant flow of the same air quantity)
You can call it a supercharger not a turbo because in simple words the mechanism resembles a supercharger. Turbo has a different mechanism

Dude turbo is a mechanism a prop driven fan in other words its a turbine, which channels exhaust combustible air comprrssed back into the chamber for better combustion, why it delivers more power bcoz the air is already hot and when the fuel comes in contact with hot air it ignites much better than cold air which in turn helps the engine to create a bit of more power that's it.. In simple words it's hot exhaust air re-entering into the chamber..
Kindly note the turbo activates only after a bit of running bcoz it has to reenter the exhaust gas back, people who drive turbo engine in cars will know what I am referring two.. they know the difference when turbo starts you can actually feel it.. and to the you tuber who made this I wanna say " KUCH BHI"
It is the job of the turbocharger to compress more air flowing into the engine's cylinder. When air is compressed the oxygen molecules are packed closer together. This increase in air means that more fuel can be added for the same size naturally aspirated engine.

The idle screw? You expect the idle screw to help richen the entire fuel map? The metering rod and main jet also need to be changed to accommodate this. Maybe even a different emulsion tube to help atomize the fuel better. Also agree with alot of statements about changing to a flat slide carb as CV carbs usually work best with stagnant NA air from the air box after the filter.
You may use iridium spark plug for better spark for best combustion.....air & fuel increases...spark quality must be... improved

ABE MASTERMIND, this is carburetor engine. If you let more air in , you should tune the same amount of fuel too. Otherwise the bike would run leaner. If it was fuel injected and had ecu. Then it would control automatically
I have tried this matter previously on my brother Pulsar 220
I will recommend you to use hi RPM CPU fan which is used in server power supply .. It produce more thrust I need can put more air inside your engine
Slightly overvolting the fan from 12 to 14.5 also helps a lot
Cpu fan or any other fen won't work. Need turbo assembly.
I've already tried in 2020. Turbo can only be used in (EFI, EPI or Diesel)Engines.
Not applicable for Carburetor Engine. You cannot adjust Air Fuel Mixture of Carburetor Engine after boost.

टर्बो इंजन मे प्रेशर से एयर भेजता है जिसमे टर्बाइन फैन होता है,ये जो CPU फैन है इतना प्रेशर नहीं बना सकता,ऊपर से इंजन को जितना एयर चाहिए इतना एयर खींच नहीं पा रहा है इस लिए RPM ड्रॉप हो रहा है.....

The stock carb has a diaphram cv carb that is hard to tune
Much better get flat slide carb upjet it and then do this experiment you will feel the difference

Bhai isme air jyaada fuel kam hai. Compression ratio jyaada badh raha hai (air-fuel mixture k sath extra air bina baat hi compress krra hai engine) thoda sa fuel bhi badhao, carburetor me tuning kr ke jab air aur fuel dono Boht jyaada hoga cylinder m to power badegi. But jyaada fuel jaane se mileage ghategi. (Sirf extra air push krne se isme lagg aara hai power ka. But ye jugaad mid-range and high range pe Boht tagda boost daalega

Bike ka engine chalne ke liye oxygen gas chahiye jo ki bike apne hisab se leti hai aur aap use fan se jab gas bhejte ho to usme oxygen ke sath aur bhi gases jati hai aur use proper oxygen nahi milta isliye RPM kam ho raha hai

The reduction of RPM is happening because of too much air in the combustion chamber, your engine is running lean.
Bro, you need to learn physics.
Your fan isn't pushing enough air into the intake, actually your fan became a round plate when it's powered on, . By which it's blocking the air whice are sucking by the piston through intake, indirectly you're blocking the air, but if you put a super powerful bldc motor and a rotor which has enough boost as the actual turbocharger, only then it'll work.

Your turbo is just not putting air inside your engine it is just interfering the inlet valve not allowing the air to go in the engine

The engine was stalled just because of the improper management of the air flow. It should relate to the exhaust and it should be variable.In fact the turbo should not always be on for ever. So don't waste your time on this instead you can buy one small turbo and connect it to your bike. Even a small car engine turbo will do.

AUTO CHOKE is wat is happening to the bike . Wen idle and engine very hot the bike increases its rpm by auto choke which results into more crank spilling engine oil in the slump and more surface area of engine is cooled with the help of oil . I encourage ur sincere efforts bt Wat u did brings no additional power to the engine .
1) u forgot carburettor air fuel mixture and the orifice jet
2)u forgot compression ratio TDC-BDC
3) forgot boost and no sensor to measure it
4) basic air pressure is also blindly neglected
If improved concepts in these area u will define rly build a turbo for NA engine .
I’m a mechanical engg and auto enthusiast. Primarily I have 220f. 2010 model 83k driven with single clutch and no bore till now and single accelerator cable . So I’m perfectly qualified for suggesting u the above remarks
